Furthermore they also knew this toilet damaged our floors which also need to be fixed. They successfully made my account overdrawn and now I will have to pay a buttload of fees. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU CARD NUMBER! They will kick you when you are down! I am having them blocked from this card from here on out. Shameful! I will NEVER use their service again! Husband out of town so I called "plumber X" who sent 2 guys out for $90 only to tell me that they couldn't determine the problem without using a camera into the lines. They would rent a camera for $400 cash from me, then add their labor to that. No guarantees! Because it could be a tree root in our plumbing, or even some major issue under our driveway! They left. I called my husband who then remembered the name of the company who had come out once before: Westar. They said what we were told didn't sound right so they sent Edgar and Chris out within 20 minutes. They isolated the obstruction in the main sewer line, and just like that, our plumbing problem is fixed! Needless to say we highly recommend Westar Plumbing!!!!

They diagnosed the issue and checked on the availability of the part. The AC got noisier and stopped blowing cold air. We called early in the morning the next day and we talked options. Since the part was on back order and our unit is old and really already needing to be replaced we decided to replace the system. They were able to come the same day and do the install. Everything went smoothly and they had the new unit up and running quickly. We were impressed with their customer service and speed. I definitely plan to use them to service the unit in the future.

AZ ROC# 330915 This business is kinda shady from the get-go…read more Don't mistake them from Sun Power Plumbing. They were assigned to me from First American Home Warranty (FAHW). (Read YELP on FAHW before purchasing!). OK, so they show up and they do look under my house. It's a raised foundation and is accessible through two points of entry. You see, Shoes has a broken drain line coming off the kitchen and going to the bathroom. So there is about 3 feet of clearance from the bottom of the floor to the surface of the soil. The plumbing is very shallow under the soil, under the house. Now, I know it's somewhat cramped, but it falls within FAHW contract provisions. But I guess Sun Flower doesn't want to do the job, so they tell FAHW my whole hose needs to be re-plumbed, re-piped? Which is not true. I know because it's my house and I've been under there many, many times. I even had the underside of the house treated for spiders and insects. (See my review of Blue Tech Plumbing) But, plumbers these days have become entitled. And like most KARENS, it's beneath them to actually plumb something. If it's not a water heater they won't do it. I wonder if they can even sweat a joint on? So, if you need a plumber, call a business that will actually get their hands dirty and plumb. Find a plumber that doesn't lead with "Water Heaters". Oh and read YELP reviews. If you have a problem go to BBB and AZ ROC.

For the labor portion of the job I was charged a full 3 hours - $300.00. My time telling skills say this should be only 2 and a quarter hours for which I should have only paid $225.00 for Labor. I questioned Danen about the time and he just said it was 3 hours. I won't call Demco again, nor recommend them for any plumbing needs as they are over charging seniors on fixed incomes and are in my opinion dishonest for doing so. Also, after he left, I turned on my shower but then was unable to turn it off. The knob just kept turning. I called him and I do want to say, he came right back and fixed whatever the issue was. He had only been gone less than 5 minutes when I called, so a compliment for coming right back.
