Daniel was our 'Tile Guy' who ended up being our General Contractor. He really stepped up and made our new house our dream house with his craftsmanship. He made sure everything stayed on schedule and reviewed all budget changes as we added to the project. The teams he works with and brings in for each phase were also great at their trades and very professional. Everything was done exceptionally well and to very high standards. We couldn't be happier with everything he did and it was real a pleasure to work with him. We feel like we live in a resort. What started out as replacing all the floors to update our home a bit and lighten it up in here, turned into a full-blown remodel! Amazing how things snowball when you find great people to work with that really understand your ideas.

The owner of the business never showed up on the two week job, and couple of workers said they were just hired for this job. The concrete pool deck was not properly prepared, resulting in the new coating peeling off in ten months. The owner of Artesian Pools, Ray Orta, refused to offer to redo the shoddy job. A few months later I hired another pool company, Splash Pools, to replace the deck at a lower price. Eighteen months later it is like new. Artesian Pools and Ray Orta screwed me. I would never recommend his company.

The neighbor Margo fired this company and hired someone who does it legally with a vacuum and filter bag. I've noticed an extreme reduction in the amount of dust on my property since my neighbor fired this unethical business.
