I was concerned that a franchise business would be more expensive, but I also thought they would be well-trained, well-supported, and have the necessary fans, dehumidifiers, sprays, etc. And since I had made a couple of other calls for estimates, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. It was very fair. Anthony, the owner, had the new water heater set up so I would have hot water while the area was being rebuilt, and he was willing to "go the extra mile" to ensure my satisfaction of the job.

Per state law, the septic tank must be drained and…read moreinspected before the sale of the home, so when we noticed our septic tank overflowing, it raised concerns! My first thought was that the company(Steele Septic) that performed the work hadn't really drained the tank. I called APOLLO in an effort to ask some questions. This is when I found out that Steele Septic had been bought by Apollo a few months after we bought our house. I inquired as to why a 1,250 gallon tank would already need to be pumped. I was provided with several possibilities as to what the issues could be......with one being that it had not been pumped. They offered to come out to identify the problem. There would be a service fee of $150 and if they pumped out the tank, it would be about $300(for our size septic). There is a savings offered when you know where the caps are located. Before actually setting up an appointment, we spoke to Jeremy about our concerns. Jeremy took the time to educate us about the ins and outs of a septic system and the steps he would take to determine what the issue was with our system. He basically walked my husband through all the steps. (Did you know there is a filter that can be accessed and should be cleaned periodically to help keep a septic system in good operating condition?) Luckily, my husband has a background that enabled him to fix our issue! My husband's Valentine's gift to me....hahaha! Jeremy did not have to take the time to explain everything. He could have just scheduled an appointment and sent someone over to do what needed to be done and then billed us for the work completed. We appreciated his efforts and even though he nor his company came out to service our system, I will use them in the future. APOLLO deals with sH!+, but their customer service is far from sh!++y! By the way, he and his employees drive around brand-new trucks. So that's why his estimates are so so high. They're bad for Yuma, and they're bad for business.
