Per state law, the septic tank must be drained and…read moreinspected before the sale of the home, so when we noticed our septic tank overflowing, it raised concerns! My first thought was that the company(Steele Septic) that performed the work hadn't really drained the tank. I called APOLLO in an effort to ask some questions. This is when I found out that Steele Septic had been bought by Apollo a few months after we bought our house. I inquired as to why a 1,250 gallon tank would already need to be pumped. I was provided with several possibilities as to what the issues could be......with one being that it had not been pumped. They offered to come out to identify the problem. There would be a service fee of $150 and if they pumped out the tank, it would be about $300(for our size septic). There is a savings offered when you know where the caps are located. Before actually setting up an appointment, we spoke to Jeremy about our concerns. Jeremy took the time to educate us about the ins and outs of a septic system and the steps he would take to determine what the issue was with our system. He basically walked my husband through all the steps. (Did you know there is a filter that can be accessed and should be cleaned periodically to help keep a septic system in good operating condition?) Luckily, my husband has a background that enabled him to fix our issue! My husband's Valentine's gift to me....hahaha! Jeremy did not have to take the time to explain everything. He could have just scheduled an appointment and sent someone over to do what needed to be done and then billed us for the work completed. We appreciated his efforts and even though he nor his company came out to service our system, I will use them in the future. APOLLO deals with sH!+, but their customer service is far from sh!++y! I find this completely unethical and quite spiteful. Of course, I have left reviews and they have their office manager, coming back at me. She wasn't there she has no idea what was discussed. Or what was said, I have read her responses, which are nothing but complete lies. Do yourself a great favor and do not use this company. By the way, he and his employees drive around brand-new trucks. So that's why his estimates are so so high. They're bad for Yuma, and they're bad for business.

Called PU Septic to service our home's septic system, everything was still draining, but one sink…read morewas making some weird gurgling noises and that had me concerned. The office staff was friendly and we set the appointment for the next morning. The next morning their tech Jaiden called me 15 min before his arrival to confirm. He came very prepared with copies of the original system permit documents from the county, to verify our system type, location, and design. Then he explained what he was looking for which also explained why we had the gurgle noise. Seems our system has a filter to protect the leach field that needs periodic cleaning, and it was time. He showed me what and why they need cleaning, then he cleaned the filter. He put everything back together and charged a fair price. This was a very professional and customer friendly experience. I will use and recommend others to use 'PU Septic' from now on.
