They diagnosed the issue and checked on the availability of the part. The AC got noisier and stopped blowing cold air. We called early in the morning the next day and we talked options. Since the part was on back order and our unit is old and really already needing to be replaced we decided to replace the system. They were able to come the same day and do the install. Everything went smoothly and they had the new unit up and running quickly. We were impressed with their customer service and speed. I definitely plan to use them to service the unit in the future.
