We have nothing good to say about Bluetech Plumbing in Yuma. They were assigned to us through our Home Sheild warranty. We made an appointment with them for a time between 9-11am. They never made it. When we heard from them I told the we would need to reschedule. We did reschedule and Adrian(name on his shirt) said we needed a new sink to fix the slow drain problem. He told us the specifics of what to order. We ordered a new sink and let him know we were ready to get it installed. He gave us a Yuma and date he would be here-and never showed up again! Terrible business and terrible communication. If their plumbing work is anything like their punctuality-you are wasting your time and your money. read more

My laundry room had a stoppage on a Friday afternoon. My home warranty sent us to Bluetech Plumbing. I texted the number and Adrian was in touch within 1.5 hours. He came out the same evening. The toilet valve in our master bathroom was leaking and when I went to shut off the water the valve broke in my hand. Reached out to the home warranty company and within 24hr someone from Bluetech called and set up an appointment to come out. Adrian was the tech that came out and he was extremely professional and cleaned up after the repair. Would use him again. read more

I was ghosted too! I called First American Home Warranty and then they assigned Adrian. What a KAREN nut job! He came over and told me I had to kill all the spiders (not in FAHW by the way). So I had my house treated. Over $350.00. Then he ghosts me. So, I file a complaint with BBB, documenting everything. All I requested was for him to finish the job. But, he gets the complaint and calls to yell at me. Rather than finish the job! I also filed a complaint with AZ ROC. Do this people! Use The BBB, Use the AZ ROC. That's what they are there for. 0/100. Absolutely horrible. Adrian is probably the worst businessman that exists. Like everyone else, he was contracted through the homeowner's insurance and failed to do his job. He failed to show up to FIVE different appointments. I stayed home from work those days so he could come and then not show up. Couldn't even be bothered to call and reschedule. He refused to properly replace two items and everything else he failed to caulk. Like really? You couldn't slap down some caulking real quick? He broke our guest bathroom shower handle and proceeded to call the landlord and lie saying it was perfectly fine, meanwhile water was shooting out the side of it. My landlord told me basically to be done with him but I gave him one last chance to come through, and he didn't show, shocker. I genuinely don't know how this company is in business. Contacted BlueTech plumbing after a different plumbing company connected my water filter system and water heater wrong. This plumbing company was on a MISSION to mess up my water lines and didn't even put valve switches on so I can change my filters without having to turn off the whole house water line. Completely unreliable and unresponsive! Was contracted through a warranty company. Ghosted both the warranty company and didn't return our calls until 6 months later claiming he forgot. Adrian was so responsive and professional. He was assigned our job via a home warranty company. He is very kind and fixed our water heater right away. He came after hours to ensure it was done within 24 hours. He went out of his way to take care of us and he was very trustworthy. We will be using him again in the future. This company was notified 48 hours ago by my insurance company (Friday morning 9/8/23) it is now Sunday and we are still not able to use restrooms or showers. I contacted the company several weeks ago on a Friday to have a small project done. I asked if he could stop Saturday and he said no cause weekends were for emergencies but I understood. He then stated that the next Friday he'd be available. He told me to call him on Thursday to confirm which I did. Friday comes along and I give him a call; he now states that he is installing a water heater and couldn't make it but that he'd stop by on Saturday (emergency...) at 2 pm to get the job done. Saturday rolls around and at 2 PM, I give him a call then a 2nd one. I leave a VM and no call back, no I couldn't make it. Nothing. It's a tossup... Bad customer service. read more

These people are awesome. Adrian has been to our house twice for different issues now. Since we use a home warranty company, sometimes it takes forever for the assigned contractor to contact you, but never when Bluetech is assigned. I always get contacted fast and put on the schedule even faster. I never feel judged when he comes out and his work is fast and efficient. PLUS he's wicked helpful with how to prevent things in the future! read more

Had leaking toilet that wouldn't stop after several self remedies. Called BlueTech in morning, they reached back to me same day, and sent 2 techs out the next morning. Armando and Josh from BlueTech showed up, were polite, professional and helpful. Resolved the leak problem in quick fashion, replacing a gasket and correctly configuring other components. I wish I could give zero stars or negative stars. Adrian Galvez is dishonest. He lied the whole time and never came back to complete the work that he started. I was without hot water for 6 weeks because he refused to complete his work and refused to respond to my phone calls and messages. I would never recommend Bluetech Plumbing to anyone. Bluetech's primary business is home warranty service. In my case it was through American Home Shield. If Bluetech is assigned to your service call, kindly request a different contractor instead of this dishonest one that doesn't know what he is doing. read more

We had our drain snaked about 6 months ago because our washer was backing up through the floor drain. It worked but last week the problem returned. BlueTech's Adrian came out, and boy am I glad we called him (and not the original company), he was super knowledgeable, friendly and used a pressure washer to clean out the line. PLUS he was done in probably 40 minutes, no mess! I know who we'll use for any plumbing issues down the road! read more

My home warranty company contacted Blue Tech Plumbing over a week ago. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. Not 24 hrs or 48 hours or even 72 hours but 144 hours later. An appointment was made for 2 days later. I have sat home all day waiting for Blue Tech. No show! I'm now over a week out with a toilet leaking on the floor. I contacted the home warranty company and requested a more dependable company. They did transfer my work order to another plumbing company that also has bad reviews about communicating with the client. So here I go again!!! read more
