This is the BEST place for price, fast service, and just general helpfulness. They do not try to upsell you anything more expensive, and they are very helpful if you have questions NOTE: This gentleman has moved from their in town office to his home. He explained to me that his wife got sick, and he was unable to conveniently make the trip into work. It confused me a bit at first because the directions lead you to a house - but that's it! There's an at home office there. Nothing about the excellent service has changed! Just the location :) read more

I'm sure glad to see they're still in business. I used to go there about 15 years ago. The owner was very helpful and gave me a lot of information about the cartridges that helped our business save $. It looks like they have moved, I used to get there when they were off of the Ave 4E extension. Well I will find out tomorrow. read more

This was very frustrating and felt pointless, especially since Staples is promoted as a valid drop-off point for this service. If the location cannot process mobile return codes, that should be made clear beforehand to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

I wish more business treated you as well as this business does. I walked in not knowing what I wanted or what to expect and left a happy customer. Steve was patient and took his time to educate me on my options and my choices without being pushy. He gave me guidance on how to save money on what I already owned and did not pressure me to make a purchase.... which I was more than happy to do at the end of it all.
