When I read the previous Yelp reviews I was convinced to give them a called, and now I want to do the due diligence to make sure others who need things hauled away, know this is the place to call. I'll describe my experience, and how it went down play-by-play style. I made a call Wednesday to the number listed and it ended up going to voicemail. Within a half hour I got a call back and it was Andrea, who seems to be the face or leader of the operation, she apologized for missing the call, was very polite, and set me up with an appointment for a quote on Friday morning. Friday morning came around and Andrea called ahead and let me know her and the crew would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up 30 minutes almost on the dot. Andrea gave me a quote, I agreed, shook hands. The crew got to work. The end result was exactly what I wanted. Debris gone, area clean. Well I took a truck load in on friday 7/9/21 and was told I could not recycle more that 100 pounds of water bottles. Wow news to me.... So now what, they suggested I give them all to them for .12 cents per pound instead of the going rate of $1.33 per pound....Then I offered to recycle 100 pounds and come back but oh no that's illegal in this state. It was all or nothing. So I asked if I could get my 100 pounds a donate the rest to the next people in line, that was acceptable to them. Long story short i gave up 90 pounds of water bottles to some man and wife trippled thier haul. Anyone ever hear this rule? Guys were nice about it but still.....WTF only in CA. "Recycle your plastic, but not to much...."

Don't expect them to honor their posted pricing for PET, I went in with close to 30 pounds of the stuff all correctly separated and received a paltry 65 cents for my trouble. Owner is an A#$&*le. Sent the attendant after me with a stern warning not to pick up my dropped bottlecaps off the floor, because according to him anything on the floor belongs to him and you the customer picking anything up constitutes theft. One of my friends visiting from NY was turned away because she did not have a CA licence. I have other stories, but I won't bore you with them. Also make sure not to come in near closing time because they shut down early. I've been witness to quite a few comical situations involving upset customers bringing in large bags on bicycles around 4:30.
