So now what, they suggested I give them all to them for .12 cents per pound instead of the going rate of $1.33 per pound....Then I offered to recycle 100 pounds and come back but oh no that's illegal in this state. It was all or nothing. So I asked if I could get my 100 pounds a donate the rest to the next people in line, that was acceptable to them. They won't accept the final bill notice I took in because it's missing the barcode stub. It's missing because it was sent in with her final payment. Ridiculous. I paid her bill so she wouldn't be worried about it. The day before, a Thursday, I called and ordered a dumpster so we could clean out her house. I was told it would be delivered Monday morning. We are scheduled to move her to Idaho on Tuesday. It's Monday no dumpster!!! I called and it was scheduled for Tuesday. They were not willing to make sure one was delivered immediately even though it was clearly the secretaries mistake. Now we're screwed and completely behind schedule.
