I've used UPS here for years. Ppl are always nice, helpful & capable. Never had an issue at all.

Can't read a shipping label. Cant tell the difference between street drive and lane. Routinely delivers to the wrong address. I believe the drivers are illiterate because of this. Edit to respond: thanks for the AI generated response. It's not just one delivery. It's every delivery I have from UPS for the last 7 years I have lived here. Every UPS delivery goes to my neighbor because UPS drivers can't read a shipping label to see the difference between "Street" "Drive" and "Lane". MaybE YOU could educate your drivers in how to read a shipping label. I even have a picture of UPS delivering medical supplies to my neighbors DOG! Yes. The proof of delivery is a picture of my neighbors dog UPS drivers are the worst. If I could give UPS a negative review I would. YOU SUCK at package delivery. read more

My package was shipped. Was delayed in shipping. The young woman who helped me kept track of the delivery of the package. I believe her name was Destanty employee ID# 233473, called me and let me know that the package was delivered. She took the time to explain what happened with the packages delivery and the details of what happened. I will recommend the UPS store over FedEx in a heartbeat. The UPS store treats it's customers like they own the company and are the most important part of the company they try to help customers and they truly know what the phrase customer service means. read more

I will not go back there again. The prices are ridiculous! $9 to scan 2 pages and email to me. I had the same 2 pages scanned and emailed a few days ago and it was $4 something. They charged me $2 for a foot of tape! This store nickel and dimes you to death. Won't return. Will go to library, copies are 5 cents and scanning is free. read more

I walked in with a dash cam to return to Amazon and a shipping label in my email on my phone. The young man was able to print the label from my phone and package the camera and send it back to Amazon in no time and it only cost me $3.24 total. I was impressed and pleased. ROMONA who works here somehow helped the guy who was standing behind us first.When I asked why is she helping him before us, she said because his business would be faster than us. Really?! I went to this UPS Store (340 W 32nd St, Yuma, AZ) in order to have some papers notarized. I was pretty impressed on how well kept the store was, the helpful and respectful customer service, and how easy it was to get my documents notarized. I was even able to mail the documents from the UPS Store as well; talk about getting two birds with one stone! I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to mail letters and or boxes, and to get papers notarized as well. read more

I utilize these stores due to their public notaries, however I will search for a new means due to the increase in charges. Standard notary was $2, now it is $10. If you have 2 different signatures, expect a $20 charge. The hound lady stated it was new and issued by the state, however, researching this revealed it is a minimum cost of $2 per signature with a maximum charge of $10 if desired. Needless to say, no more of my business will be going to the UPS Stores! read more

My daughter tried to return her rented bridesmaid dress (yes, that is a new cool thing), but accidentally put it in the Post Office, not UPS. It was returned and, after talking to Union Station, the rental group, I took it to UPS here in Yuma. I rarely write reviews... actually I never write reviews. Reason behind that is living in a small declining town doesn't give me much to write about. I was having a more rough than usual day, and a stop to drop off a few packages was last on the to-do list before I could go home and relax. Needless to say I didn't want to be there and I wanted to get home as soon as possible. To my surprise, the best part of my day was the short time I spent in this UPS store. I was helped by a, at the moment, very busy woman named Romona. At no point was she too busy to greet me, let me know she would be right with me, or to throw me an occasional smile indicating she hadn't forgot about me. Ive been to this store a few times and each experience has been a pleasant one, but what stood out this time was how I was treated and talked to. It felt like she had time for me (which is rare nowadays in customer service of any kind) Of course she helped me in getting my packages mailed off perfectly... that's her job. But what's not her job is what she excelled at. She treated me with respect, held a great conversation, and even opened the door for me when I left. Her great attitude, positive demeanor, and cheerful smile are what fueled this review. I will for now on go out of my way to handle all of my shipping needs here. read more

These guys do have outstanding customer service. We needed several large items shipped all over the US, and they brought trucks over to the house and took the items back to the store and packed them for us. They even called the manager to come in on his day off, to help. We were amazed at how they were so willing to help! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Buyer beware. These guys jumped my box rent to over 400.00 per year without warning. I started calling competitors and discovered UPS store owners can set their own fee schedule. Further, I quickly found out that other UPS stores are NOT pulling this on their patrons and I promptly got another box at a competing store for $200.00. HALF THE PRICE!!
