What a terrific bunch of ladies that work here (Darcy and Arial) to name a few, I can't tell you how absolutely helpful and professional they are, I use there services quite a bit, everything from a UPS drop off to mailing important documents internationally via FedEx, I've also used Darcy for my taxes. Marina is terrible! They have fedex drop off and they don't provide proof that it was scanned it receipt that it was dropped of this location. This is a big red flag and all she can say gives you my word. No empathy no understanding. Yes. It may be a third party but always have receipt! I had no choice but to leave my package that's worth more than business and I'm hoping to god it's taking care of. They have helped me save money, my shipment gets there timely and I have never had them over promise. In fact I have 2 boxes ready to be shipped for x-mas. I'll be seeing them soon. They are always so helpful. We use them a lot (many times a year). So much better than waiting in a 20 minute line at the post office. $1 per page FAX (who has a FAX machine at home anymore?) and will accept packages for secret gift delivery. They will ship your stuff with many options: choose carrier and delivery time (by price comparison). They do them all. read more

ATTENTION FELLOW MILITARY FOLKS!!! On June 19, 2023 (Monday), we went to return a U-Haul trailer to this place, but they were closed. We did drop it off in their lot and came back the following day to complete the return at precisely 0800 when they opened. The kind gentleman opened the place and we approached the counter to return the trailer. Then, an older woman came out and asked how she could help us, to which we replied we would like to return a trailer. She said "which one" to which I replied with the trailer number. She then says with some major attitude "which one", to which again I say the trailer number. She then says "which one" rudely, so I told her "come outside and I'll show ya". At that point, the transaction turned south because this lady clearly thinks it's ok to treat people like garbage, and I wouldn't put up with it. Recommended corrective action: The lady could have politely asked "please show me which trailer you're returning", and this transaction would've went smoothly. Instead, she was downright rude. I see from other reviews of this place that there is a lady who works at the place who is rude and condescending. My guess is I must have been dealing with the lady with the terrible reviews. If you want to have a bad day, I highly recommend going into Packrats' Mail-N-More! read more

If this company had a Mission Statement it would say "If you don't like it take your business elsewhere". Gracie was extremely rude and condescending to my husband and I. The owner is no better, she just stood there and let her employee talk to us in an unprofessional manner. Gracie told my husband that if he didn't like it, he could take his business elsewhere. We could not pick up our package because they had not processed it yet. When we went back to get it, they told us we could not have our packages shipped there anymore. We are senior citizens, never raised our voices, were not rude. I just told her if she had told us from the beginning, we would have waited a day to come get our package instead of 3 trips and 1 phone call. read more

Very rude. Earl called me a "Son of a bitch" and a "liar". Then called the sheriff. Because I returned the truck at the gas level I was told to return it at. U-Haul should not associate with people with such poor customer service. Not very "Christian" to call your customers "Son of a Bitch" Just to make sure everybody understands. Earl of Pack rats literally thinks of his customers as "Sons of bitches". He'll be more than happy to call you one. read more

As a winter visitor and full time traveler I am always having to find a mailing center to send and receive mail during my stay in any community. Suffice to say I've had lots of experience with mail centers, some good and some otherwise. During the time I spent in Yuma I received a lot of mail that was handled by the good folks at Pack Rats'. Mail forwarded, Amazon shipments, and other mail order all handled personally and professionally at a fair price. I highly recommend them. read more
