Today I had the pleasure of working with two incredible professionals, Mia and Francia, at MMS in…read moreYuma, and I simply had to recognize them for the outstanding service they provided. After several unsuccessful attempts to register my BMW through the DMV, I was honestly running out of options. From the moment I walked into MMS, Mia and Francia took the time to listen, work through the challenges, and find solutions where others couldn't. Their professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills were truly exceptional. They carefully reviewed every document, helped ensure all of the paperwork was in order, coordinated with management when needed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. As an active-duty U.S. Army officer, I especially appreciated the respect and support they showed throughout the entire process. In a world where outstanding customer service can be hard to find, Mia and Francia reminded me that there are still people who genuinely care about helping others. They turned what had been a frustrating experience into one that restored my faith in great customer service. Thank you both for your professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping your customers. You are tremendous ambassadors for MMS, and I sincerely appreciate everything you did for me. If you're in the Yuma area and need vehicle registration services, I can't recommend MMS--and especially Mia and Francia--highly enough!
