I'd like to rave about one business and its team and its management on 16th Street! A huge rave goes out to Clean Freak Carwash. The attendants who are so often in the sun and the heat at the entrance are friendly and knowledgeable about the services that are offered , any time I've had questions. They have been very informative and . The employees waving vehicles into the bay have never been anything but totally focused and quick to pause the belt should there be any misalignment. The management team is the unsung heroes of this business in our community. Today, I learned that they have amazing knowledge that they are willing to impart to help make our hard earned dollars spent more worthwhile. Not everyone who owns a car is an expert on how to make our effort really shine. The management team keeps busy, but they are more than happy to talk to you about tips or ideas for your specific vehicle. Today I came away with so much extra knowledge and was shown so much consideration when I had a simple issue. We've been customers for over two years and today as I drove away I had a feeling that Clean Freak was not merely a business but more Yumans I'm more than happy to recommend to others and to call friends.
