Attached to JiffyLube on 32nd St near the airport. This location is convenient especially for travelers removing dust from vehicles parked in airport long term parking. Prices are reasonable and service is great. We ordered a deluxe car wash. We were not disappointed. We will return. read more

Soft Cloth Car Wash - Back and side of truck - Car Wash Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

Only $6 for a decent basic wash and cars are hand wiped at the end. The vacuums are powerful. The line goes quick and they spray the car before it goes into the auto wash. My weekly go to place to take my Mercedes. . read more

No one is perfect. These guys try really hard though. I have the works /monthly wash pass and I love it. We travel here in the winter and stay till April and I love having a clean truck. This place is awesome, the finish is the best part. If you don't dry it, it just gets dusty again, but so what, you can pull right thru again .... huh? Well worth the ticket, The reason it's crowded is ....it's great . I use the same service at home in a different name. I'm putting a hold on my account while we travel but when I'm here , I love it. Wanted to share my experience with you all. The drying guys work on tips too but they will dry your car regardless and it's great to get a smile from them as you leave. Thanks guys !! read more

went through twice because the bearded worker on 4th was too busy chit/chatting his coworker he did a half @ss job on my windshield. face towards worker not looking at what he was cleaning When I let him know I got attitude. read more

We joined their $15 a month car wash program. You can drive through as many times as you want! It's awesome! Great area for self vacuuming & the guys always do a nice job! read more

We were in Yuma for the day (snowbirds, traveling around and scoping out future snowbird locations) and our truck was filthy from a horrendous dirt storm with just enough light rain to turn everything to mud a few days before. I did some searching and came up with Soft Cloth Car Wash so decided to give it a try. The guys did an amazing job! The truck came out clean and they hand dried it at the end. I would definitely use this car wash again! read more

I love this place this guys have great customer service. They actually listen..u get free rewash if not satisfied the business is clean all the time plus they have free vacuuming. It is an express wash at a very low price it really beats the heat when it comes to the summer here in Yuma who wants to be outside sweating and getting dirty washing their car only this guys my hat off to this gents.. read more

I had a bad experience last night getting my windshield broken through the end of the car wash I was really pissed off and then came to speak to the manager this morning. The owner Bill was very helpful, nice and professional and had the guys replace both my windshield wipers and then gave me a complimentary car wash. Bill also gave me a free wash card for the next time. At first I gave one star and wrote a negative review this morning. I give five stars for the excellent customer service now, and the way things were handled by this morning to make things right and make me happy. I am now leaving in a good mood and I really appreciate what he did to fix the problem thank you I will be back. read more

on 3/2/2023 i thought they were either giving something away or all the other car wash's were closed or what for the line to get in was blocking a whole lane of traffic during the start of rush hour. if they can't control their business without incoviencing the public then i'll never go there read more

I had some overspray from the road painters. Even though their sign above the detail shop specifically says " overspray " they said that they would not even try to remove it . So I took it to Romeos who did an excellent job. read more

This place is so much better than a gas station drive through wash. It has several sets of washing apparatus. It scrubs high. It scrubs low. The best part is it's a bargain at $4 and they wipe your car down with a towel as you drive out. It's on the side of the Lube place. Pull into the lube place and stay right. Go past the row of vacuum cleaners and the entrance is in the back. read more

Amen to Vicki S. No customer consideration, car dirtier than when I went in and dirty rags used by four yoyos. Should be renamed Speedy Gonzalez's filthy car wash. read more

The basics are done. The car appears clean but I dry it myself and my cloth is always really dirty. Is the equipment not clean enough? My cloth finds a little dirt that I miss in hand washing my car; however, nothing near as dirty as the 'soft cloth' leaves it. I always have to use a separate cloth for the hatch door and the lower portions of the sides because the wash never gets it. I have to ask to make sure the hatch door is done, if I forget then it's hardly cleaned at all. I've been behind pickups and other SUV's that are visibly dirty and the guys just 'dry-wipe' and let them go on out that way! I don't like that kind of service. I have their $18. Per month program but this is the last month because of not getting my car clean. . I will miss the convenience of drive thru but rather protect my investment in my car and have it look nice longer. read more

I had the worst experience ever at this car wash this morning with my truck. I arrived at 9:30 am and paid for a book of deluxe washes, 5 for $35. Went through the brushes, etc., gave the guys drying it a tip and proceeded to a local gas station to fill up. When I got out to use the pump I noticed to my absolute disgust a large area of deep scratches along the hood of my truck and another large area of deep scratches on the tonneau cover. I finished filling up and drove immediately back to the Soft Cloth Car Wash on 32nd St. I asked to speak to the manager and showed him the deep scratches, not the usual swirls in the paint but deep scratches in the paint. His comments to me about the scratches were very unacceptable. The scratches were most obviously caused by the car wash machinery. I was very angry this morning! I very strongly recommend that you do not EVER take your vehicle to this car wash (did I say don't EVER take your vehicle to this car wash?) And my last comment, don't EVER take your vehicle to this car wash. read more

When I'm due or overdue for a car wash Soft Cloth is my first choice. Both locations are good. $5 wash gets the job done and the hand drying is helpful. Although, the guys could have a bigger stock pile of dry rags to dry with. read more

I've never had an issue here that couldn't be resolved and I rarely have an issue. Customer service is great!

No Rainchecks! Boooo! Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere and never recommending this place again. Seriously, how often does it rain here? Doubt it would break your business to offer Rainchecks. read more

This place makes washing your car easy and very affordable. There are a couple of bad reviews on this car wash. The 1st one about the credit card was messed up. He blames soft cloth for charges from another country. He should of waited until after his bank investigated the charges before calling the worker names and accusing him of fraud. The raincheck review, seriously? Gives the company a 1 star review because they dont issue rainchecks. Lol...how about issuing rainchecks on windy days or when you're hit by a sprinkler or because 32nd st was just repaved. As for the car was dirtier then before. Well, if that is actually true probably didnt need to be there in the first place. The customer service here is awesome. I accidently threw away something that was very important to me. I called them and they immediately went to go look for it inside the vaccum. They called me back telling me they found it. A couple days later I have an accident and was hospitalized for a month. When I got home they happened go call to remind me that they still had my charm. Very grateful I got it back. Their quick, employees are nice, polite and willing to help you, it's cheap, free vacuums that actually work pretty good, and the place is always clean. If you have a bad experience and go tell the manager, they will try to accommodate you. Be realistic dont expect them to owe you a free car wash because it happened to rain the same day they washed your car. Credit care guy if you actually believe the worker used your credit card speak to the owner about it. He will investigate it on his end. We recently had charges from another country on our company credit card and it wasnt anyone here in Yuma at fault. If your car is dirtier after the wash, tell the manager (healways there) or any of the workers and they will wash your car again and the guys will use different rags without charge read more

Was there last week. Gave them my credit card and they took it behind the wall to process; God only knows what the hell the idiot was doing. Today my credit card company tells me someone is using it in San Salvador. It's my company card. I rarely use it, and when i do, it's never out of my hands.. It was these fools. Don't go here... I was used to fairly decent service at this car wash, however my most recent experince was terrible. They were running the cars through so close together that it was scary. The man running the brush (only one), was inside right before the jets and could only reach the right side of the vehicle. When I asked him to get all of the front due to bugs on the grill he said, "You don't like it, why don't you come out and do it yourself?". When I said OK and started to get out he slammed the door on me and started brushing, then he hit the roof of the car with the brush causing a small dent. I will never return to this carwash. Romeo's car wash here I come. read more

Second time I was treated rudely here. My car rolled back near the end of the wash instead of rolling off the line, and the car behind me hit me! My car was in neutral and the brake was not on. I told the guy wiping at the end and he yelled at me and said it was because my brake was on. They are very rude and discourteous and the car isn't even totally clean and I bought the extras. Will NOT be going back!! read more
