I got my truck cleaned here. To be fair to them, my truck was in bad shape when i brought it in. I brought in the truck when they opened. They had it till close. I opted for their most expensive interior and exterior cleaning. My biggest complaint was that they had my truck for so long. Could they have done a better job, yes, but overall i would say they did a good job. I will give these guys another shot. read more

A disappointing experience from a place I'd patronized since 2007. As a recovering Democrat I'm used to disappointment (see Mondale, 1984), but this was a Kamala level disappointment without the excuse of being drunk. An hour and a half to wash and dry and they still used too much tire dressing after I specifically asked them not to. Consider having your car washed with rocks before you go to this once great place. read more

I have a 2008 Toyota Yaris four-door, which has been my reliable automobile this entire time. However, the inside definitely needed cleaning, especially after I took my dog to the park. The service was really easy to go through the choices as well as make payment. They are very busy so I had a timetable window between 2 to 4 hours to complete my vehicle so be prepared to have something to do in the meantime. My car was squeaky clean when I got it. There was places that I thought they could never reach and they were clean the only reason why I'm giving four stars instead of five stars is that there was a little bit of residue either from offgassing from the detailing cleaners on the inner windshield so I had to wipe down my windshield again when I got home. But definitely great for the price good customer service would definitely come back again. read more

Too slow. My credit card receipt had one time but the car wash ticket was 17 minutes later. I think it's how they justify it to customers if you speak up. Two different times being used. I waited 1:10 minutes from the time of my credit card receipt was printed and when I finally told them to just give me my keys. There were no other cars when I got there. There were four vehicles in the shade area getting the windows, interiors and exteriors wiped down. My car exited the car wash 15 minutes after I gave him my keys. So vacuumed and washed in 15 min. But it sat for almost an hour to get the rest of the pro wash stuff done to it. Two if the other four vehicles were still being worked on. They did two vehicles in an hour. I gave up when they immediately started working on a new vehicle right out of the wash while mine and other customers were still waiting for ours. They never touched mine from the time it came out of the wash. Been using them for years, but no more. Change your sign Romeo, you aren't "Yuma's Best" anymore. read more

Truck cleaned inside and out good job. Done well very friendly service. Price was a bit on the high side but the workmanship was good.

way too long to finish a wash. they are now adding &1 to each wash without notice. all the signs say "$x" for the service but they do extra unadvertised dollar for as n unexplained reason. last time I use them read more

Been doing here for many years. Never had an issue. Car always clean and nice when done. Friendly service. TV area to waite in too

I expect to wait, however over one hour for a basic car wash seemed extreme. I watched three people come up to the car separately, clean the driver side window and then walk away. They do not seem to have any kind of routine when it comes to the interior cleaning. It was baffling and clear they are paid the same rate regardless of the amount of cars they complete. Most of their time was spent walking in circles. I wouldn't recommend and surprised they remain in business. read more

Too slow. Not enough workers to take care of all the vehicles coming thru. We were there 3 hours today and finally just took our vehicle before it was finished. read more

Best car wash in America, and I've been to alot of em. Their attention to detail and friendliness are unmatched. There's a couple negative reviews, disregard them. Still few workers trying to wash several cars at the same time. If you want to do a good job have less cars so that each car is individually cleaned and not the same man trying to clean for five cars. read more

Terrible service. Long long waits over an hour and still don't get to your car. So we finally took it and left. What a waste of time and money. I'll never go back there again. I don't recommend it to anybody read more

Romeos Car Wash - Clean & tint courtesy of Romeo's...thank you! - Car Wash Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

I always liked taking my car to Romeos to get it clean inside and out. They do a great job at a reasonable price. I no longer live in Yuma and I can't find a service like them at anywhere near the price. read more

Took my new truck to get washed a few days ago 12/28/24 . Paid a little extra for a hand wash with armor all. Truck wasn't even that dirty, just dusty from the AZ weather. They left a bunch of dirt spots on the truck and they even left the interior dirtier than what it was. They also left a used rag in the back seat. Water spots on the window. I had to go home and wipe it down myself to remove the dirt and water spots. I even tipped $$ the worker before I saw my truck in good faith. But what a disappointing experience. It was my first time and my last time going there. read more

Romeos Car Wash - The crew finishing their excellent job! - Car Wash Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

How it went; -It says online and on the doors that it opens at 8am; but at 7:45am they were already rolling with 3 cars ahead of me. Is it me or...? Just pointing it out. -I got what I paid for, I guess! The interior and the hand dry were on point but some spots were missed with the wash. Makes sense; the wash was automatic... Next time, I might look for those groups holding "car wash" signs; a little extra elbow grease and I'll feel better about spending my cash. Kudos for Romeo's for putting tarps over the worker areas! read more

I agree with the reviewers who say this car wash does a great job. Car is clean and spotless. However, having to wait almost 2 hours from when I drove in until when I left is a bit excessive. And, the car wash is not busy. It makes me wonder how much business is lost due to the slowness of the service. Could it be they have difficulty hiring competent help? read more

Crazy slow. I waited well over an hour and a half for my truck to be washed Basic Wash nothing special. I understand the need to wait for a full service wash but this was ridiculous. If you have ever gone into a store and forgot where you parked when you returned to the parking lot; this experience was just like that. Only you wait so long here you forget what car you own. They need more staff otherwise I can't imagine people waiting this long for a car wash. I won't be back solely because of the wait. read more

Someo wrote on an earlier review, " best car wash in the country ". What planet are you from. This is the eors car wash on the planet. By far, the laziest crew I've ever witnessed. attention to detail is non existent. What this place needs is an engaged manager to get rid of the dead weight. If I could have put zero stars... Never again. read more

I called Romeo's to schedule an appt. to get the windows tinted on my new truck. - I clarified that it was a new truck since she said it'll be extra to take of any existing tint - I asked what the legal tinting % (if there is), for Arizona since it is illegal to tint the front windows in California. They didn't have an answer for me - I asked the girl I was speaking with, if they had some type of warranty if the tint bubbles up due to the summer heat. Would they fix it/replace it? She didn't have an answer - I started off talking to a girl who abruptly put someone else on the phone, who didn't speak English. I don't speak Spanish - The girl spoke English well but for some reason wasn't able to answer any of my questions - I was in the middle of phrasing my question differently when she yelled at me and said "I have other customers" ... At the beginning of the call I was informed that they don't schedule and appt. and it is first come first serve. She also added that they were not busy. So, why did you yell at me? Now, that's just bad business. You just lost a customer, my dear. read more

Used these guys for years now but n ver again..... I drove my sent my new car through the automated wash and when it came out I waited for the staff to dry it off and return it to me, but to my surprise I saw a rolling dent on fender. Spoke with a few members of their staff to include the manager. They said no way it happened there. I should have known better than to use a machine to wash a new car. Don't use them unless you are aware of the risk and the lack of concern they have for you and your vehicle. read more

10 STARS!!! Took my car in a few days ago to get my windows tinted... spent a few days researching what place I wanted to take my car I'm very sketchy about people handling my car cause I'm a person who is very cautious of dents and mishaps... ANYWAYS Dropped my car off at 8:30am and picked it up around 5pm, they had other cars ahead of me that they were working on so I Was very patient. My car looks so much sleeker and just cool to look at, they did a GREAT JOB ON THE TINT! Windows were all clean, I didn't see any bubbles or scratches on tint. I was 100% satisfied Special going on right now it was only 99$... 107$ with tax which is a STEAL!!! Every I called was $160-$180 and they were appt only 2 weeks out.. romeos is same day, first come first serve.. 10/10 BONUS: they included a free wash inside and outside my car and it looked brand new, Thank you ROMEOS read more

Romeos Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Yuma, Arizona

This is THE WORST Car Wash Service in Yuma, Az. Most expensive as well. Poor service and no attention to Customer Service. Typical car wash will take over 30 to 45 minutes at minimum. Highly disappointing and should be avoided at all costs. read more

Did a good job on the car, but like the other reviews, these people move slower than molasses. Was here on a Sunday morning with only about 5 customers here and it still took them well over an hour to get everything done. Lots of socializing and not really a lot of hustle to get anything done. read more

Slowest car wash I've been to! After waiting 1.5 hours and watching other cars that came after mine get finished first, I left. Took an hour to get it vacuumed and pulled into the wash bay. Then sat out front for another 30 mins as I watched other cars after mine get dried and cleaned. I didn't have anymore time to wait for my car to get: dried, windows done and tire dressing applied. Unless you have 2 hours to kill and you want to hang out at a car wash, I wouldn't recommend going here! read more

I rarely write these stupid yelp posts but felt I needed to help these guys out. Romeos is a great place to get your car washed period. They take their time and work hard. It's a shame people write bad things about these guys. I just left the place after a wash and one of the towel drying guys went the extra step and fixed my steering wheel cover and he really did a good job w the interior even tho i just bought the cheapest interior cleaning. Nice guy and good attitude considering he's working in 111 degree weather. I've had my car detailed there before too and they do a great job. Once They accidentally switched my floor mats w another guys and they were very apologetic and professional. Accidents happen. Was it worth being a jerk to a worker who is working hard? Nah. I can't believe I just read a bad review from some guy who said that the hours sign said they open at 8am but when he got there they had opened early at 745 and he wasn't happy bc he had to wait for three cars in front of him. Damn, you just can't win. These guys work hard and this is a local establishment so give it your support. For those that whine online, get a life. Stop being such a crybaby about a water spot left on your dumb car and worked up about nothing; be kind; having a good attitude in life, it will pay dividends. read more

Romeo's car wash took my weather tech floor mats out to clean them. Ok, then they put their wet feet all over my carpets which is why I bought them!. Then, they left them in the ground and ran over my weather tech mats with a GMC truck! I complained and to both the guy who ran them over and the Manger on duty! Zero apologies and a bit of a screw you! Nothing! Not even a "my bad"! So here is the bad review that is deserved and the company's message on yelp reviews! Guess I'm the 1% of customers who got screwed over. I also posted a pic of the employee who yelled at me when I complained about him running over my mats. They just didn't care and their performance showed it to me. I highly recommend any other place than Romeo's! Don't know the name of the female Manager on duty today but she did not help me at all and never replied to my complaint! SHE ignored me! Yelling? Sir! Prove it! And did you see you employee yell at me? .....you seem to ignore that? I can be down there first thing am to see the footage you lier! Would you not react to your personal property being ran over? Would you lier! I read through the reviews of your company and I am in the majority as per your alleged 1% Bullshit! Please expect more negative reviews as I pass along you reputation. I'm a long time YUMA resident and I will make it stick to you! Locals and Winter visitors stay away! The mere fact that you have to beg or lie for good reviews is evidence of failed management performance. read more

One of my friends recommended Romeo's Car Wash. This is my second time here for the services. I paid for the deluxe plan and they are super detailed with cleaning every spot of my car. This place is great in the sense of it's a good car wash and a pretty good value. On the other hand having to wait 30 minutes for my car to actually go through the wash and then another 10-15 to vacuum is a little much. What's funny though is they know they get busy but still only have like 5 people working outside. You think they'd hire more people. I'd say definitely give yourself at least an hour (or possibly more) for everything to be finished. read more

I got here at 9:30 am with very few cars ahead of me. Now they are jam packed. Waiting two hours is ridiculous! After going through the wash, my car sat in line in the sun for 45 minutes before being wiped down and interior cleaned! They need twice as many employees!! Then, I had to send the car back for revacuuming because it was still full of dog hair! No tip today, Boys! This is NUTZ! read more

I have taken my cars in the past to Romeos for car tinting. I tried taking my car this morning for window tinting and the workers there are rude by not helping us with what we need. From the reception being rude to the back workers not being professional. I will never tried to go back there again, two times I've been turn down!! I rather pay a little extra and get an actual appointment. This business runs like if you were in San Luis Mexico, actually I think you would get better service in Mexico knowing how they now run their business! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Amazing service and customer service. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Brought my fiancée truck to be washed and It looks amazing.
