Today I had the pleasure of working with two incredible professionals, Mia and Francia, at MMS in Yuma, and I simply had to recognize them for the outstanding service they provided. After several unsuccessful attempts to register my BMW through the DMV, I was honestly running out of options. From the moment I walked into MMS, Mia and Francia took the time to listen, work through the challenges, and find solutions where others couldn't. Their professionalism, patience, and problem-solving skills were truly exceptional. They carefully reviewed every document, helped ensure all of the paperwork was in order, coordinated with management when needed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. As an active-duty U.S. Army officer, I especially appreciated the respect and support they showed throughout the entire process. In a world where outstanding customer service can be hard to find, Mia and Francia reminded me that there are still people who genuinely care about helping others. They turned what had been a frustrating experience into one that restored my faith in great customer service. Got served within 5 minutes of arrival, and Diego took care of everything. Even researched the titles to avoid extra work.

DON'T USE THEM!!! They may be quick and easy but it was just as quick and easy at the actual Arizona department of transportation, AND SO MUCH CHEAPER!!!! I got my driver's license renewed here at Montes and they charged me $75, 200% over the actual cost at the DMV. It should have been only $25. I get paying a little more for convenience, BUT THAT'S JUST DOWN RIGHT DISGUSTING!!! read more

Attempts to contact this office prior to arrival was pointless, the number listed at this location was in fact the number for their foothills location, which is temporarily closed. Went to their website looking for more information on the documentation needed in order to obtain the services, and the associated fees, offered no help at all. Showed up before their listed closing time and I was turned away. Will avoid using their services at all costs in the future. read more

Came in to this location because they were the only ones open. For one, their times posted on google maps is incorrect, they actually close an hour before what's listed. I walked in for a simple title transfer, they did not want to transfer because the signature supposedly didn't match the name. Next day, went to the real DVM, location and there wasn't any issues. Avoid this place, they pick and choose who they want to service and don't want to service. And their prices are too high. Staff is nice, service is poor and not reliable. read more

It get two stars only because the employee where so nice. Inside there was 6 chairs with more then 6 feet apart. (Some employee had made on, some did not.) The wait to get inside. Was long and hot. Out of 20 people 3 maybe 4 of us where wearing a mask. And there was not 6 inches between us. I went to get title change. I will not be going there again. $50 to change a title was a little shocking to me. I will make appointments to go to DMV if I ever need any thing done again. And for some reason. He did not like the ideal of giving me a receipt for the $50 for there services. He lied and said it was with the papers he handed me. It was not. read more

I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were. My uncle died and left me a 1972 truck, but he had notarized the title in 1995 when he actually gave it to me. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but they took care of it without any hassle!! read more

Extremely expensive "convenience fee" service for basic transfer of title. They do not provide a receipt for their "convenience fee" either which is a concern. When asked about it, they didn't seem to care. Will it get done? Most likely but $100 fee to transfer 2 titles on same visit is outrageous. Won't be back. read more

I work with MMS constantly, there is rarely ever a wait. All the folks there are fast and welcoming. You pay a fee, but you also save so much time than the DMV. Thank you MMS! read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I went in 2 days ago to have a title put in my name as well as pay for the registration on the vehicle. Before I went in I had looked on the azdot website to make sure the company was legit. As soon as I saw their name associated with the state I went to the companies website. I looked around to see what I needed to bring in as well as see if there was a fee for using them instead of going to the DMV. NOWHERE on their website does it say they charge a "convenience fee". I went in and had the title printed as well as registering the vehicle for a year with a total of $73. I then asked if there was a fee for using them which she stated was $40!!! Had I known I was going to pay more than the total for a year of registration or even been aware of the "convenience fee" I would have gone to the DMV. I didn't use them for the convenience I used them because according to their website it simply states they do what the DMV does. I called to let them know their website states no such fees exist and had I known such a fee existed BEFORE I was helped, I would have turned and walked out. I was called today and informed that there indeed was NO information on their website stating they charge a "convenience fee" but they also can't refund me the $40. At this point it's not about the money but feeling like I was scammed! I will be sure to let everyone know exactly what happened and that the company provides no information on their website about being charged an outrageous fee read more

Horrible experience with this organization. Recently moved to Yuma and went to Montes in the Foothills as we have used that location in the past and it was worth the Convenience Fee to get service that was close to the house, and they were always very pleasant! On line it said they were open, Web Site they were closed, sign on the door said that temp hours were 8-5 Mon-Fri but doors locked. So went to the other location about 12 miles away. Well, these folks were anything but convenient! Long wait, had to listen to the manager argue with employees with a room full of people, and of course, that's who I get when my number comes up. Wearing no mask, and extremely rude. I will never use this organization again! I'm surprised that the state of AZ will use a third party like this. I will definitely go directly to the DMV. They have to have better customer service, they sure can't have worse. Montes should pay me an "Inconvenience Fee"! read more

Had to take my elderly grandfather to get a new ID card. What a pleasant experience! Stopped at the MVD and they were not accommodating at all! The small fee and the no waiting was definitely a good choice. They were super helpful and courteous. The MVD employees should take a lesson from them. read more
