My ball joint went out on my Toyota. I called my insurance roadside service, Kennedy's was sent then canceled because they got delayed. Another tow company was sent then they canceled. 3 1/2 hrs waiting in the middle of a street in my neighborhood. I called back Kennedy's, they could be here in 30 minutes, I had to get my insurance to ok it. I got my truck picked up, owner came to make sure my front end was not damaged while being pulled onto their truck bed. Between driver and owner my truck made it to shop without any other damage then the ball joint, and brake line. I would recommend Kennedy's Towing, and I thank them very much. read more

I had called roadside at 430pm on 8/27. here we are 4 hours later still waiting to get a tow I called kenndy to find out eta Apparently tacna is out of Kennedy towing range. The owner, Mike Kennedy, is a true gem. Labor Day 2021 and after a quick stop in Yuma, on our way home from San Diego, our car would not start. After calling several tow companies, and every rental car company, Mike quickly came to our rescue. He towed our full-size SUV, along with my husband, back to Phoenix. He made quick work of loading up the vehicle and carried on great conversation on the way home. He could have easily claimed he was closed for the holiday, but rather took great care in getting the car home safely. We are so grateful for his kind service. Our motorcycle broke down 1/2 way between Phoenix and Yuma, with nothing around and no one to help on Christmas Eve. Our insurance Roadside Assistance contacted Kennedy's Towing. The driver contacted us immediately, reassured us that he knew exactly where we were located, and said that he would be there shortly, even though this was Christmas Eve. As promised, his arrival was on time. He quickly had the bike loaded and professionally secured on the flatbed, and we were headed to Yuma. 2 hours later and we were offloading at the local Harley Davidson Dealership. Our concerns of "now what" due to being at a closed dealership, at 1115 at night on Christmas Eve were quickly answered as we were scheduled to be staying on the Marine Corps airbase, when the driver informed us that he could take us to our room, as it was close to the company lot where he would be taking the truck to drop off for the night. At the hotel he assisted with taking our bags to the door and was a complete gentleman. I cannot say enough good about the services provided, as well as the character and personality of the driver. I would highly recommend Kennedy's Towing to anyone for any type of towing need. read more

I filed for a tow through Progressive. I told them where my car was, let them know via the app I would not be there, and left. I never received a call, a text, a smoke signal - NADA - letting me know they never picked up my car. A police officer showed up at my door 180 miles away and 30 hours later regarding my "abandoned" vehicle. End result? My car got IMPOUNDED because they couldn't be bothered to do the most basic of follow up. AAA would not come out accurate towing was the towing company called they refused to come down Martinez lake load road due to the road construction going on for road improvement. The woman who answers the phone is a disgustingly rude person, who left a single foster mother and special needs foster children on the side of the road after cancelling their tow. The request had been put in 2 hours prior, however she said it hadn't even been an hour. Great tow company, highly recommend! Although I did not select the company myself (auto insurance road side assistance did) I was very pleased with the service I received. Very knowledgeable and personable, took some of the stress out of having my POS break down on me. The gentlemen even knew certain things about my vehicle (that made his job easier) that a previous tow company did not know. To me it speaks volumes. this is the worst towing company i ever encountered in my life....55 years in yuma. these guys are just sad. called a while back...through my insurance company...so the guy pulls up, looks down at the car...says it can't be towed and leaves...it was 110 degrees. so called ins company back...they called alexander towing and 20 mins later my car is being towed...incompetent or lazy driver from kennedy's, not sure...but certainly no customer service...downright rude. so today i have a problem with another car...dead battery...car is in town at a business in a paved parking lot...a 5 year old on a trike could tow the car from here. the guy pulls up...talks on his phone for 45 minutes..in front of our business and 15 feet from the car then leaves. no explanation, no nothing, never even came into the office...just left. so called alexander ford towing for second time to do what obviously kennedy's towing is either unable or too unreliable to finish. do not even consider these guys unless you want a long wait and undesirable results. too bad i cannot give a minus 3 stars since that is what they deservge. read more
