He wasn't sure he could do it but said he'd try. He got stuck himself but got it all sorted out and AAA+++ effort getting me back on solid ground. Worth mentioning he was able to do an amazing job with a regular flatbed that was far more reasonable than a heavy duty recovery vehicle. On price and service and attitude, I could not be happier and relieved to be released from the desert by Frank and company.

If it wasn't for Tommy at Border State Towing, my husband and 3 kids would still be stranded! They got a flat tire driving from AZ to CA, it was after 6pm and everything was closed or closing. AAA was quoting me a 2 hour wait for a tow truck and could not guarantee a truck that would have room to transport all of them and told them they might have to call an Uber. Tommy came right away, bringing extra tires just in case the tire shop was closed. Once Tommy towed them to the tire shop the employees there said they couldn't help because there was no wheel lock key. Tommy pulled tools off his own truck and worked to make sure the tire shop could get the tire off. He could've easily drop them off but he stayed until he knew for sure the tire could be repaired. Very thankful for a personalized experience and dealing with Tommy - he cared about resolving our problem, not about draining our bank account.

UNLAWFUL TOW -- A & A Towing & Recovery…read more A & A Towing violated Arizona state law when they towed my vehicle -- and I'm putting it on record so others don't fall victim. Violation #1: They towed my vehicle over 21 miles Arizona law (ARS § 9-499.05(C)) clearly states: non-consensual tows can't exceed 20 miles from the location of the vehicle unless the owner gives written consent. I never gave consent. They broke the law. Violation #2: The tow was based on a revoked permission -- without proof The vehicle had prior permission to be on the property. The person who later requested the tow was intoxicated and gave no written revocation of that permission. A towing company is required to ensure that the vehicle is unlawfully parked -- not just "no longer wanted." Violation #3: No posted signage There were no visible signs warning of towing, as required by ARS § 9-499.05(A). If there's no sign, a tow cannot be legally performed. Period. Violation #4: No verification of the tow requestor A & A failed to verify the sobriety, identity, or legal authority of the person who signed the tow request. If the authorizer is intoxicated, the "contract" is void. Towing a car based on that is reckless. Violation #5: No notice, no chance to move the car I wasn't informed. I wasn't contacted. I wasn't given the opportunity to move the vehicle. That's a violation of Arizona Administrative Code protections -- consumers have rights before property is seized. FILE A COMPLAINT HERE. My serpentine belt had been making a slightly annoying chirping sound after starting up for a…read morecouple of weeks. I decided to take it to Accurate Automotive to replace. They charged me $400 dollars to replace the belt and pulley. The next day, my A/C completely stopped blowing cold air, and there were rubber shavings all around the pulley and belt. I explained this to the shop, and brought it in for them to look at. A couple hours later they texted me with a quote for $1200 dollars to replace the thermostat housing unit with $800 in labor alone. When I asked about the belt, and how that could have affected the A/C, they denied ever seeing the shavings and that they must have been from the last belt. Could just be terrible luck on my part, but it certainly didn't sit well with me. Would not recommend to anyone. I saw the shavings with my own two eyes ONLY after they replaced the belt. Shady business.
