They called a few minutes ahead and asked if we were ready for them . They were prompt and did a outstanding job . Their cost is great compared to the drive- thru washes and they come to you . She immediately went to the back and asked their metal fabricator if he could fix my issue. Their metal fabricator took my part in the back and fixed it for me in no time. Needless to say, he was in the middle of a much bigger project and still took the time to help me out. As I was waiting, I noticed this business has a lot of essentials for your off-roading to street car needs. It's an extremely clean facility and has a lot of the parts needed to keep your toy on the road. I briefly met with the owner, John, and he even gave me a tour of their facility. A 40' diesel pusher RV is hardly an easy winch out but Affordable Towing came through brilliantly! Made the call and Frank was at my rig in half an hour. He wasn't sure he could do it but said he'd try. He got stuck himself but got it all sorted out and AAA+++ effort getting me back on solid ground. Worth mentioning he was able to do an amazing job with a regular flatbed that was far more reasonable than a heavy duty recovery vehicle. On price and service and attitude, I could not be happier and relieved to be released from the desert by Frank and company.
