Only time there was an issue it was with the manufacturer of the item and not with Accurate. Two years later, brought the car back in, they replaced the item free of charge. For my older car (1966), I take it out to their Foothills shop where the mechanics know how to fix it correctly. No where to plug-in a computer and get a read out. After the repair process, I returned the following week for an oil change and I do need to give feedback regarding the oil change price. For over 30 years, I have had my synthetic oil changes done at Jiffy Lube and the price was $80 for many years. I checked today and the price is still $80. I paid $167 for the oil change done at AZ Auto Clinic and felt that was far too high. Other than the oil change price, I am pleased with everything at AZ Auto Clinic and will continue to take my Nissans there for repairs.
