I definitely understand why they came so highly recommended! Service Advisor Joe Lopez is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he attentive to his customers' needs, but he goes out of his way to follow up after repairs to make sure my car is running properly and that everything is working as it should. In the past, I have been somewhat distrustful of automotive repair shops after being told I needed repairs that later proved to be unnecessary. That has not been my experience here. I have complete trust and confidence in Accurate Automotive and genuinely feel that they are honest about what my vehicle does--and does not--need. Everyone I have come into contact with there has been friendly, professional, and helpful. I 100% recommend Accurate Automotive, and I am very grateful to have found a shop I can trust!

I had already been to three other mechanics and kept getting nowhere. Chris took the time to properly troubleshoot the issue, explained what he was seeing, and got it resolved without upselling or wasting time. The pricing was affordable, the work was done right, and I really respect that he saved my old parts so I could see exactly what was changed. If you're tired of guessing games and want a shop that can diagnose problems the right way, I highly recommend JC Motorworx and Chris.

Made the trip to pick up my truck and fixed it in a single day. Gave me the run down straight up with no additional BS. Definitely need to add some more things to update my truck but he's going to be the one to handle all my mechanical issues from this point on. As a veteran, I'm always skeptical about individuals handling my cars especially my truck and usually end up doing the work myself. I trusted Chris and he did not disappoint! Definitely a NO BS dude and gets straight to the point with no hassling .

From the beginning I was impressed by Jesus, the Service Advisor and found him to be very helpful during the fairly long repair process. After the repair process, I returned the following week for an oil change and I do need to give feedback regarding the oil change price. For over 30 years, I have had my synthetic oil changes done at Jiffy Lube and the price was $80 for many years. I checked today and the price is still $80. I paid $167 for the oil change done at AZ Auto Clinic and felt that was far too high. Other than the oil change price, I am pleased with everything at AZ Auto Clinic and will continue to take my Nissans there for repairs.

I was stranded in Yuma on the way home to San Diego after picking up my daughter from college. Ryan diagnosed my car almost to the exact problem over the phone in one, short conversation before even laying eyes on the car. He even waited after hours on a SATURDAY for us to be picked up by family from San Diego until we finally told him he needed to go home and we'd figure it out. He still went above and beyond to drop us off at a great restaurant where we waited for our ride... and helped load and unload ALL my daughter's college luggage that we had in the car. If I can help it at all... No one else but M&M will touch that car moving forward. AND they fixed my daughter's scooter that was busted in the trunk.
