this tow yard is malicious and the people here are thieves…read more stole a pair of airpods out of my tesla and replaced them with knockoff soundone airpods they had. they then drove them due east within the time they had them then they disconnected them. one this is nasty. 2 this is wrong. 3 my camera my camera tells who it is if they don't own up to it. will report to the police asap.

UNLAWFUL TOW -- A & A Towing & Recovery…read more A & A Towing violated Arizona state law when they towed my vehicle -- and I'm putting it on record so others don't fall victim. Violation #1: They towed my vehicle over 21 miles Arizona law (ARS § 9-499.05(C)) clearly states: non-consensual tows can't exceed 20 miles from the location of the vehicle unless the owner gives written consent. I never gave consent. They broke the law. Violation #2: The tow was based on a revoked permission -- without proof The vehicle had prior permission to be on the property. The person who later requested the tow was intoxicated and gave no written revocation of that permission. A towing company is required to ensure that the vehicle is unlawfully parked -- not just "no longer wanted." Violation #3: No posted signage There were no visible signs warning of towing, as required by ARS § 9-499.05(A). If there's no sign, a tow cannot be legally performed. Period. Violation #4: No verification of the tow requestor A & A failed to verify the sobriety, identity, or legal authority of the person who signed the tow request. If the authorizer is intoxicated, the "contract" is void. Towing a car based on that is reckless. Violation #5: No notice, no chance to move the car I wasn't informed. I wasn't contacted. I wasn't given the opportunity to move the vehicle. That's a violation of Arizona Administrative Code protections -- consumers have rights before property is seized. FILE A COMPLAINT HERE. The more they get-- the faster they'll be investigated!! https://consumer-complaint.azag.gov/publiccomplaint/begin.aspx
