This location came up and got the best courtesy service from the beginning. I was doing everything over the phone trying to help my destroyed emotionally daughter. We were able to get Bailey to them the next afternoon, paid, selected temporary box. They also had other selections to choose from, however I had purchased one on Amazon and was waiting for it. We thought we would get Bailey back in a couple days. We got her the next day. I was tremendously satisfied with everything. Thank you . I asked her about it and she said it was because she had to answer the phone. ***NO***. I walked out. I told her I couldn't check my dog in because I didn't feel safe because she wasn't wearing a mask. During this deadly covid season we're all living through right now, when I see people in public not wearing a mask, I can only assume they are part of the crowd that has politicized mask-wearing, and that not wearing one is an intentional, overt expression of their rebellion. Which is really stupid imo, but, in any case, I would think that even business owners who don't personally agree with the idea of masks would wear them and have their staff wear them anyway so that their clients feel safe enough to give them their business. Well, this would-be client is appalled. I have elderly at-risk parents at home and this blatant disregard for human life is infuriating. I'll never go there again, and I'll forever rant against anyone else taking their pet there.

Our miniature Labradoodle, Lucy, was matted and very dusty from camping for the past several months. We found the staff to be friendly and professional. Lucy was treated with care, and returned to us well groomed, very soft, with a lovely haircut. We'll be back!
