My review would be to not hire this company and if you're truly considering this company, please…read moreread all the way through. -My grandparents hired this company based on the recommendation from a neighbor of theirs, as we were moving them from Yuma, AZ to Tucson, AZ. Three individuals showed up to help pack the house and moving truck, but we only had an issue with one of them for the most part. -The tall guy that is supposedly the owners son made rude and condescending comments from the get go about my grandparents belongings and how they hadn't packed anything. Mind you they are in their 80's & 90's with health issues and we had only arrived the day before to help pack things. -The tall guy at one point became irritated that he couldn't figure out how to stack items in the moving truck, so my husband had to take over to insure that items fit and were not broken. The guy actually said we needed about 50 more moving blankets so each item could be covered ‍ that proved to be untrue. -At one point the tall guy became very upset that a heavy item needed to be removed from the truck that had been put in too early, he then proceeded to start cursing and tossing items out of the way, like my grandfathers air compressor. It was at this point that I asked him if he would like us to do it for him, his response was (and I quote) while yelling "I'd love for you guys to do this but your HUSBAND said I need to do it." I replied "you mean do the work you're being paid to do??" And then all hell broke loose with him cursing up a storm (yes I did reply with my own profanity because at this point I was done with him and his disrespect towards my grandparents and their belongings). His last reply was "I don't want money from any of you motherf*ckers!" And they left. The other two workers I never heard make any comments. -After arriving in Tucson and getting the truck unloaded and starting to unpack the house, my grandparents realized that they were missing cash out of a silver cash box that my grandmother used for yard sales. The 1's and 5's were left and the larger bills that had been underneath were gone. In total almost $200 was missing, this box had been in their main closet and clearly we did not get to it in time. Which explains why the tall guy screamed that he didn't want any money from us. - My main takeaway from this is 1) Don't hire this company unless it's a small easy job where physical labor is not required. 2) Don't hire this company if you want your elderly family members to be respected. 3) If you would like to keep either your money or belongings, don't hire this company. I am so disgusted with how my grandparents and their belongings were treated. 10/10 would not recommend.

But last night, on August 6th, I found that the bottom of the pool was leaking and the water flowed out of the cabinet. When I checked, I found that a tube of the filter was slowly dripping out little by little. I contacted them and sent them video messages, but they didn't reply to messages and calls. I called them again the next day, and a Chinese woman answered the phone. She said that there was a fee for door-to-door maintenance. I said that it was because your workers did not install it after changing the filter water, and the water was a little flow. If it didn't flow outside, it would not be found. She said it's been a month, because it didn't happen before, and they didn't tell me that there was a deadline. This Chinese woman's attitude is very unfriendly, saying that the machine is old and needs to be replaced with a new one. But the worker didn't say that he needed to replace it. Every time I replaced the filter, the worker would tell me that some of them needed to be replaced, but he didn't say it this time. Now if there is a problem, I will replace it with a new one. And this is because the workers didn't install it well when replacing the filter, so it started to drip. Then she told me that she was driving and it was inconvenient to talk. I had my RV outside but they were packing it in like a sardine and I wanted it indoors for the summer days to preserve the roof. So I laid a premium. At the time around 550. For indoor service plus an extra 25 for 20 amp to keep the battery's healthy. Welp. Not sure what they did. When I checked my rv out - the batteries were completely shot. Can't even ignite the generator. These are new batteries btw. Also my leveling system is going nuts and beeping. So now I have to take my rv in for repair. Even though I have textual proof they PROMISED to take care of the electric. But then it gets worse! I realized the sliding plastic protector on my screen door that prevents people from getting to the handle from the outside was completely missing. I looked on the ground and there were a few broken pieces. Meaning someone broke it and hid the evidence. But we're so dumb they left a few pieces behind. So then I snooped around and realized that someone had Belen sleeping in my bed! I could tell from the sheets and pillow indentation. You see what they don't know is I had the RV staged for sales photos with very nicely made up bedding. And hand driven it at all since making the bed. So needless to say I packed her up immediately and drove her to a place that is half the price up the street with my own spot and gated security. What's the point of trusting your RV to a premium full service place that's not going to do any service and break in and use your RV as a resting spot? Oh. And they hiked the rates up because you know "the times" and I was paying I think around 630/mo by the end. I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I can only imagine they buy them or they are legacy. This place is so dumb there's also only one code for the secure gate. They change it maybe once every two years. I'm fairly confident I could go back. Gain entry and walk right into someone's RV if I wanted to. Best avoid. Save your money and look up the 15 a little bit. Much better options.
