I had a few packages that I needed to get shipped (left them for local pickup at my front door a few days prior and the mailman didn't pick them up!). I was driving into the Phoenix area, so I brought the packages with me to mail them out somewhere along the trip. Saw a sign that said post office at the I-10 exit at Ehrenberg and followed the sign here. The lady working here was very nice. There was no line nor were there any other customers here, so I bought a book of stamps while I was here. In and out in 5 minutes! 5 stars!

I've never been disappointed and I believe that is because of the "top down" theory, meaning when the boss is good, the staff is good too. Recently a mix up occurred resulting in my package going to the wrong place. To keep it brief, Ted did everything he could, and then some, to try to make it right. He's puts up with a lot of crap , mostly from the older snowbirds in Salome who seem to think that being old , means that they can be extremely rude! Tyler is another employee and he's nice too. I've seen people yell and scream at the employees, like it's their fault personally that their package was lost. I hope James stays long term!

It seems like much of the town visits for their postal needs, but also for the announcement board that is hung up outside. On that board you will find everything from job opportunities, to good or equipment being sold within the town. I mailed a few things back to California, and it did take a little longer than usual. I found it that mail is not collected to be processed every day here, but more so every other day. The staff was very friendly and maintained their social distance policy by only allowing two people in the post office at one time.

Incompetent place of business my mail carrier took it upon himself to put in system that I had…read moremoved with no forwarding address bcuz I was returning mail (which is what you're supposed to do legally)that I was receiving from previous persons that lived here n apparently according to my mail carrier George I was returning too much mail (well that's his job right?) so he decided on his own without looking at the names on mail to put in system that I had moved which I never did if he would've done his job correctly n actually looked and read the names on thmail I was sending back he would've seen it was NOT my name it was the previous persons that lived here so for 2 whole months March n April we have not received any of our mail it's all been sent back to sender stating we moved n left no forwarding address bcuz we've gotten calls n emails from our creditors, utilities ,financial institutions, retirement ,life insurances , etc... asking for us to update our mailing address ?
