You made things right and did so within the time frame I needed.     AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.

I was referred by a broker that said: "Do not call the competition, do not pass go, call SIGN SETTERS first. I did; Immediately knew after speaking to the owner, Dave, this is whom I can work with, forever! Outstanding customer service was immediately offered by Dave. How? When I 1st called to inquire about Sign Setters and how they work, I got a voicemail box and started to leave a message. Dave, the owner, calls me back before I finish leaving my message, and he says: "I'm sorry I missed your call, not even 10 seconds into my call Dave did the same again today as I was just leaving a message for what to do with a knocked down sign. Dave again called before I finished leaving a VM msg, he placed a request to get sign up as soon as they are able. They prefer you email OR use your account to place orders or request removal, but when I do call in, Dave is always available, and saves me a step and enters request into the system duri g our conversation! His team all follows his lead and are outstanding too! I love how his team immediately updates you when they are on the way to place your sign AND sends confirmation text AFTER sign is placed! They try to get sign up next day if you get your request in online early. Give Sign Stters a try you will be surprised by their EXCELLENT customer service!
