This is my go to place when I need to do an amazon return (Thanks Ian & Pete for helping me out all the time). I also come here to get my print jobs. This UPS store makes it super easy. I just email them at store1772@theupsstore.com and what I want (3 posters 24x36 black and white) and they always have the job done the next day. The price is decent too so that's a bonus. I'm also so grateful that they were able to hold my packages when I was away. (I rerouted my packages here through the app). Thanks again!! read more

I mostly use this location to drop pre-labeled boxes, but also occasionally need assistance. These (mostly) guys are always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. While I sometimes have UPS issues, it is never because of the team at this location. read more

It was shortly before Christmas. I was the only customer in the store. After taking care of my packages, I asked the clerk if he knew of a local book store he could recommend. He shouted the inquiry to another employee in the back room, who shouted back a recommendation. When I asked if he knew where it was located, he said-- and I quote: "I dunno, Google it?" My jaw dropped. And you know.... I'm not sure why I was shocked, considering I've consistently received this same level of blatant rudeness from every other other millennial employed by The UPS Store-- it really doesn't matter which location I visit. I said something to the effect of: what kind not customer service is that? But the clerk held his ground, there was no apology and certainly no "have a good day" as I left. UPS Store: this is the second review I've written about the garbage customer service I consistently receive at your stores. It's time to do better. read more

I had a complicated problem faxing to and from a New York legal office when my fax machine wasn't working. These good folks at this UPS location helped me for almost 30 minutes going back and forth with the paperwork. They were incredibly patient and helpful!! read more

I called the store before 9am this morning, spoke to Sean, and asked him to help me with obtaining a JPEG from a PDF. for an EVISA... I knew nothing about doing this and was stressing out because I am leaving the country next week. Sean patiently listened to me and asked me to email him the PDF. Within a matter of minutes he emailed it to me as a JPEG..When I asked him if he wanted my credit card number for his services he said NO...This was such a random act of kindness that I wanted to share the positive experience. There was a wonderful young lady working this past Saturday (Deja) like Deja Vu I believe her name was. I came into the store explaining to her I needed 50 4 page booklets printed off because i was having trouble with my printer at home, and that I had no way to get the store the file so that they could print them off for me. Deja then recommend that I use the stores front customer computer to log into my personal email account, and print the booklets directly from there. With myself being older I needed a little help because I was slow enough not to know how to sign into my own personal email. Deja was doing probably three things at once trying to help me as well as other customers, but she still managed to walk me through the process step by step, and then finally when it came time to print she told me that she would do a test print, and make sure everything comes out the right way. We finally got everything printing the right way, and she started to run off the 50 booklets I needed, and she also stapled them for me as well. I felt so bad because she was helping me, and I believe I heard her say she missed her train but she did not blame me. I just believe she was a little upset. I felt the need to tell you guys if an employee is willing to sacrifice their way home just to help a old customer then you trained your employees right and I want to thank Deja so very much !! for going out of her way to help me. Thank you UPS store, and thank you once again Deja. read more
