I think he offered a bit on the low side, but I felt that his candid discussion was honest. The problem is that he identified one of the lenses as being broken (frozen). He showed me the problem area. He did not purchase it. Since I had a number of lenses he did not purchase I went to another camera dealer. When it came to that Leica lens I told him that it was looked at and was broken. The second dealer examined it and after moving the focus around the lens worked. The tab that was determined to be "frozen" just needed to be pushed in. It was in good shape. The second dealer bought the lens. So my concern is if you tell people you are a Leica authorized dealer, you should have known what the lens issue was.

It takes about 2 weeks for them to frame something so I was a little worried when I didn't hear from them for a month after dropping off the first painting. I called and they mentioned they had a typo in my phone # and had trying to be in touch. The framing is beautiful and I think fairly priced. Between their helpfulness and the convenience of being a few minute drive from my house I can't imagine going elsewhere for my framing needs.

A few days later, and no call, I decided to disassemble the frame and use it for something else. and - there they were.....They had stacked all 3 pieces as one in the frame. Honestly I do like the work I've gotten done here, and the prices are fair (at times), but if you are going to go to this location make sure one of the wonderfully kind women at this shop are there before you risk dealing with this guy. *Lesson for that gentleman who was working at 10 a.m. Friday, October 31, 2014 - Halloween: In customer service, watch your tone, act like you want to help the customer, and just simply say, "Id love to help you, unfortunately I'm swamped as I'm the only person in the store, can I please have a number and get back to you?"
