I went to get my livescan done and the young boy help me. I didn't get his name but he was great super nice and talkative! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love how nice he was. This location is under new management and I can't believe the difference I experienced today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm hello. The new manager, Sarthi, introduced himself and asked me what I needed assistance with. I have been to numerous UPS locations but the customer service here seems unmatched. I'm glad I swung by on my way back home from work. Thank goodness they were open till 7pm, I was able to make it around 6:45pm to return some items. He notified me that the returns needed to be packaged. Thankfully, I was able to purchase some packaging supplies before they closed. This ups sucks, how they stay in business I have no idea. Terrible rates, terrible customer services, just terrible just thinking about it. This ups is run by two old asian people. Why they so cranky or still not collecting social security is beyond me. They are terrible if you don't understand old asian people (I'm asian and I have trouble understanding them). These aren't your typical happy grandparents with grandchildren. Old farts are what they are, I strongly advise driving a bit further for better service. read more

I have patronized numerous UPS locations since I do so many Amazon returns but this location has the best customer service by far. They always have so much parking in the front of the store which is nice when I have so many packages to bring in. There seems to be new management at this location as well. The manager, Sarthi, and his team are always so informative about all my questions. They take strict precautions regarding Covid-19 as well which I really appreciated. There's complimentary hand sanitizer as soon as I walked in. I noticed a sign as well saying they'll be open Sundays from 11am - 4pm as well, awesome!  Kudos to the team at this UPS store! read more

This place is so no worth it they charge for everything little think and it's quite the up charge. Want to print sure no problem oh it's a email $1.50. Or your only printing pages no color $2.50 and your paying with ur card. $1 like for every little thing ended up spending 5 $ to print. And not to mention they are flea infested. I was there for about 20 min yes I waited that long. And I came out with 8 flea bits on my legs. Do yourself a favor go anywhere else. read more

Went to get notary and paid amount quoted. Then guy faxed and charged additional $6 without mentioning anything. Totally fooled me. Said $10 for notary and fax. Then charged $16. Make sure you double check price with the notary skinny guy. Owner is much more honest. read more

We have had two PO Boxes at this location for many years. My husband and I stop in several times a week. Today I went in to find the place filled with people standing all over, many in a line extending out the door. There were also boxes stacked EVERYWHERE. I didn't recognize anyone behind the desk, which was unusual. I saw one male trying to help people, another male looking something up on a computer and a female lounging in a chair playing on her phone. I had a FedEx package that in the past they would always take and give to the FedEx guy when he came in with deliveries. When I tried to give them the package they said they no longer took other carrier's packages. I asked if the store was under new ownership and they told me they were. I was shocked. I was also upset that they no longer handle mail for other carriers, even for their PO Box customers (the PO Boxes are not cheap!). I went onto Yelp and read many reviews from people in the last few days and strangely enough all the reviews had similar themes and were all 5 stars. People were greeted warmly by the new manager - the place was clean and organized - they're happy it's open on Sundays. I got the feeling those reviews were possibly added by friends and family of the new owner. Or maybe the female sitting in the chair playing on her phone was creating accounts and reviews. The owner even commented on reviews made several months ago about Sarah snd Matt and Mark and the other great people who used to work there. I will update my rating and review after I have time to assess how things work with the new owners. However, at the moment I'm underwhelmed and sad. I am stuck there at least for awhile because it's hard to change PO Boxes but I hope I will be pleasantly surprised in the future with their customer service. As a side note to the new owner: it's a bad look to have someone lounging in a chair behind the counter playing on their phone when the line of people was out the door. read more

Excellent services in 2021 when I took my passport photos there. Planned to do a Livescan one year later in 2022. Told to "take it or leave it" by Alex while Pania kept saying "do you want to do it or not" when I asked them about the pricing. Blame it on the labor shortage, I guess.
