    Day & Nite really came through for my family in a time of need…read more Our family recenty lost its patriarch (he was 102 years old...and leaves behind an incredible legacy)....so it had been a sad time for the family. We had to turn around and quickly plan the services due to our family being quite large(over 100 immediate members); We essentially had about a week and a half to finalize and get everything ready. That being said, we needed to print programs ASAP...once we finalized it. Once the programs were done(we had to finalize passages, names, order of services, picture, etc. - so it took about a week to complete), we could not get in touch with some of the printers we had used in the past (much further away), and when we took it to Staples, we were quited over a GRAND for the small job we needed. Suffice it to say, we were in crisis mode...we needed the printing completed, folded, and set up by the next day. ...enter Day & Nite. Another family member used them previously, so we got in touch. Edwin & Yamit (the owner) were really amazing; they were very accommodating and patient. They were already close to closing at the end of the day on Friday. The program project was not formatted in a way that they could print it, so they worked patiently with us until it was correct and ready to go, well past the time they needed to do for a customer. They were going to be closed on Saturday, but they knew we needed the programs completed before Sunday, so they stayed later to complete and finish the job. They printed, scored, and did everything we needed. Overall, the print job was good and done quickly, and really alleviated the stress everyone was under...it was just one less thing to worry about. Day & Nite will defintely be at the top of our list for any project we need done in the future! Thank you again Edwin and Yamit. Truly amazing service!

    I had a mixed experience at this location. I came in to get passport photos and the first set they…read moreprinted had red and green lines on them. The second set came out overexposed. When I pointed it out, an associate named Jeremy told me that overexposed photos are usually accepted by passport services and that they are just college students so there was nothing they could do. For something I will use for the next ten years, I expected a proper and non overexposed photo, especially since I was paying for it. His attitude felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I told him that I would share my experience in a review and asked for his name. He then said that I was threatening him, which was unnecessary because a customer mentioning a review is not a threat. It is simply feedback. Around 5 pm he also asked me if I was going to leave because they were closed, even though I was still waiting for the issue to be corrected. Being rushed out felt rude, especially since the delays were caused by the store itself. Fortunately another associate, whose name I did not get, was very kind and willing to help. He reprinted the photos and tried different adjustments. Thanks to him I was able to leave with at least one usable photo from each set. Overall the service at this location depends on who helps you. Jeremy needs significant improvement in customer service, but the other associate provided excellent help and saved my experience.

    I'm still waiting on cards I ordered in July, it's now the middle of October. They are 0/10 on…read morecustomer service. I never received an email saying they were delivered, all I got was a tracking number. Whether or not, USPS loses them that's the businesses RESPONISBILITY to make sure the customer receives the product. So then when I email to see what happened, they just regurgitate the tracking number to me. Yeah, it says delivered but where to? Because it definitely was not the address on my order. NOW, AFTER EMAILING. The owner, James, calls my phone from a hidden number to leave this uselessly long voicemail about why he's going to STEAL my money from me. YES JAMES, THAT'S THEFT! You're just going to keep my money because I was "rude" in my first email. You ain't seen me get rude yet, and if I could leave 0 stars on this review I wouldn't give you that much credit. If you leave a low rating on any platform, be prepared for the owner to come after you like you're the problem. He seems to be good at arguing that no matter your issue, you're the problem to him. So James, if your precious little Yelp review means so much to you, then learn how to better business. Perfect example in his comment below:
