I came in to mail of two packages and the lady was kind and patient enough to help me! I almost sent off the wrong packages to wrong people, but she actually helped me get them in the correct order. The service was fast and easy, fast enough to ship them off! The cost of my packages were pricey but that's because of the weight and taxes. I've never ever had issues here. Anytime I've ever been here, the store has been very clean and well organized. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Even if there's a line, they acknowledge and welcome me when I walk in. The staff are very efficient also. They work through customers very quickly, so lines move quickly. Needless to say, I see their efficiency as on par. Amazon returns are quick and easy. Shipping is fast. I also have notaries done here. I highly recommend this place. read more

Will never use this location ever again! I paid almost $50 to have a very important business package over nighted. This was a very important part of a $50,000 deal for a business!! I call today and they tell me they "ups" didn't get it out on time and it got delayed. Told me it's waiting in their building and we will have to wait until tomorrow! If we wanted to wait until To tomorrow we would of sent it out a different way. That's the best answer I get.?! How do you conduct business this way!! You dropped the ball!!!!!!!!! My client leaves out of town tomorrow. He tells me he can't even get me the address for where my important package is? He tells me to look it up On google I can do as much as he can.! Are you kidding me? You can't even help in this way??? This is horrible customer service!!!!!!!! I'm left cleaning up your mess and trying to figure out how to get this to my client. Be ware! This customer service rep could of cared less, he basically said too bad. This is not customer service and I'm highly irritated. This is unacceptable. I don't care what time of year this is. Don't take money and promise a service when you can't deliver. Telling me it's delayed because of snow is a horrible excuse. It's going from Oklahoma to Louisiana... no weather issues. Have always have good service at this store. Even when they are busy and I have to wait a bit they are very good to deal with. A little patience and a smile from customers goes a long way. I have talked to multiple small businesses around the Tulsa area, including my parents who own a very successful small business, and they have received the rudest customer service from this store. They've since taken their business elsewhere, mostly because the owner replied to them personally on a review and was absolutely atrocious. This store is just unprofessional at best. I had live fish shipped to this location so that they would be indoors and not outside in the cold. The shipment was delayed and upon delivery I was out of town and unable to make it before they closed. The fish would not have made it until Monday when they opened again. I emailed asking for help and was answered very quickly. The owner, I assume, met me there and opened up the store to get the fish for me. I have been using this UPS Store for several years. I have always found excellent customer service there. The are friendly, informative, and helpful. I've never once had a problem. Actually, it's gotten to the point where I'm excited that I have something to ship, because they make it so simple to do and I always feel good when I leave. I just went in today to get a couple of legal sized documents copied (yep, they do that too). I'm glad this store is near where I live, is easy to get to, and has a great staff! read more

I have never been here even though I've lived in this area for awhile. I had to drop off a return package and had about 10 minutes left to get to work that was right across the street. I figured I'd drop it off right when it opened at 8. But that's when I had to be at work. I sat and waited a minute and the lights were on and the woman working waved me in. It was an angel here on earth. I didn't have to be late to work or make up a few minutes. She informed me that she opens the door at 7:30am so to just come in next time. That's exceptional. Worst experience ever. Really bad customer service from the manager and store owner, go to another place even if is a UPS store. Owner completely rude and racist !!! I will never going back to this store, already reported to UPS corporation. They guarantee a package to be 3 days delivered, for some reason they couldn't make it. Owner refused to refund my money, even when the package never got delivered, even UPS send a check to this store for refund. Called UPS corporate they pass this to the next level since this "gentleman"(owner) reused to refund me my money !!! read more

It seems the first reviewer had a very bad experience at this business, but that was a long time ago. My recent experiences were much different - and very pleasant. I've been to this UPS store 3-4 times in the past few months. Each time, if when I arrive the clerk is busy, another clerk comes out and helps me. I never have to wait long at all. What ever you do- do not go to this store- they broke every 1 of my personal items including stealing the original boxes they were in- and then took over 2 months to say they would refund me the money they owed because I insured my boxes- finally after waiting 17 days to receive the refund check they promised they would send- I called the store and was hung up on by the manager Jenny- when Bob the owner finally contacted me back- he threatened me and refused to track his check he supposedly sent- In over 20 years of shipping with UPS I have never been treated like this- And I cant strongly recommend enough to never give these people even a penny of your money- Always ship with Fed Ex read more
