Although insurance is provided for a small fee (and I give it to the lady that wrapped my goods well to give me "hope" for a safer delivery), they could not guarantee it would get to my destination safely. They told me that I would need to call a different office if there were any issues with my delivery. I asked the lady if she had any tape indicating that the goods were "Fragile" so it can be handled appropriately, but no. She scribbled it on the top of the package. It might as well have read "good luck". I would like to see this place step up to the plate with customer care and a more professional approach to handling fragile and all items being sent.
