Cons: this location is the most convenient one for me to get to, but I also warn people not to go here. They have these scanning machines in the front that are always off-line so then you have to wait in line. Nearly everybody waiting in line is there to return stuff from Amazon. So they treat everybody there like they're there to make a return. But that's never the nature of my business. I don't typically buy things from Amazon. I'm usually there to pay to ship something. There's one guy there that is always rude. They can never find my shipping account and they have to start a new one for me. I worry that I have so many UPS accounts open. Pros: when the machines in the front are down, they usually have an employee posted in front. This employee explains to people That The machines are down and what they can do about it. read more

If I could leave no star I would, I always go to this UPS store and have no problems ever but today I had the displeasure of meeting Alexis. I have never met someone who is so unprofessional and has no customer service what so ever. We had scheduled pickup to have UPS pick up 2 items, the items had been sitting outside for days and UPS finally left a label mind you they didn't take my packages I sat out for them to take. I then had to bring them to UPS with the labels and got to meet Alexis. Wow what an experience that was, seriously I have never been spoke to this way or treated. She did not want to help me or my husband who went in FIRST, at all with figuring out which label goes to which package, wouldn't help us find how to locate tracking information to figure out which label went where, I finally found it myself and she was able to take it. When I walked away from the desk she shouted BETTER LUCK NEXT TIME. So when I got in my vehicle I was so shocked at that point that she treated my husband so hateful and sent him out the door then I had to go in and figure it out and then said that to me so I call the store and ask for the manager how funny Alexis is the manager and the phone call ended with her calling me a bitch. I have always had good services at the various UPS stores. This review is a complement of the Amazon Prime return process and how it works with UPS. It is simple!! Have an item that needs to be returned to Amazon? Go on line, get a return authorization from Amazon. Amazon sends you a UR code via email. Take the item to the UPS store. Show the code. They scan the code, they take the item, give you a receipt and you are out the door. No repackaging, no label printing. UPS handles all of that. When Amazon gets the confirmation from UPS that the item was received your refund is issued. That simple. Overall, a great process by both companies. I have had a box at this location for 7 years. over the past 2 years they have had issues losing packages and delays in processing our packages they always have the same excuse "we were busy". I have this box for safe delivery of packages due to living rurally. I do not want to change due to hassle of f changing addresses but they need some serious change in management or training of current employees. read more

Last Monday, 7/3/17, I stopped by this location to ship some expensive pottery from Broken Arrow to San Diego, CA. I brought all of the pottery pieces already carefully wrapped in dish pack moving paper and strategically placed in a sturdy dish pack box. This pottery has withstood numerous moves, including overseas from Europe to the U.S. and in between states wrapped using the same method and material. Nothing EVER broke. Alesa, the customer service representative behind the counter, said that she would have to re-wrap and re-box the pottery to "UPS standard" which she would have to do using bubble wrap and place everything in a new box. My packing was SOLID... the box packed to the top with no room for anything to shift during transport. But fine. I figured, Alesa knew what she was doing and given the reputation of UPS, I felt assured that my items were in good hands. I paid my shipping cost of about $165 and went on my way. When the box arrived to San Diego, it was severely damaged, barely holding up with huge holes in it. I'm surprised it made it. The box obviously did not withstand the weight of the pottery. It is beyond me, why Alesa thought such a box was sufficient for this purpose. She took the heavy pottery (approx. 50-60 lbs in total) out of a sturdy, doublewall corrugated dish pack box that could hold up to about 100lbs and put everything into a small singlewall corrugated lightweight box. On top of that, her re-wrapping was HORRIBLE. Who stacks plates without a layer of cushion/protection in between??? Well, Alesa does. UNBELIEVABLE. Things get worse. The amount of packing foam peanuts was not adequate... I am guessing this is why the box was so battered. The pottery must have shifted/rolled around during transport... which also resulted in broken items, approximately $350 worth. Thank goodness everything in the box didn't break. There was also no indication whatsoever on the outside of the box that fragile items were within it. I didn't think shipping items was a rocket science but apparently the workers in this store lacked basic common sense to ship these items properly. My mistake was leaving the store without supervising how it was done. To say the least, I am very disappointed in UPS. Outraged that this is the result $165 got me. This pottery was purchased in Poland over a decade ago and chances are, it is all irreplaceable. The store worker failed at packaging and the company failed during the other processes of shipping and handling to ensure my items would arrive in good condition. I will NEVER use UPS for shipment of items like this again and I especially caution anyone who is considering using the store location. read more

This UPS store is by far the best store in the area I have gone to all four in our area. The new manager Bill, is absolutely amazing. The store wasn't always as productive and welcoming as it is now. All of the new staff has been incredible. They go above and beyond to help me with my small business. Again I cannot emphasize enough about Bill, he is super patient, and super kind. He always make sure to go above and beyond for me when I am there. I have seen the store more often than not be extremely busy and the team handles it very well with no attitudes or panic. I refuse to go to any other location even though this one is a little further from my house. Just because of the A+ customer service and care they always show me. read more

This location used to be reliable, but has recently dropped off. Got a quote to Canada and the employee REALLY did not want me to use USPS, even though it was over one half the price of UPS. When I went back two days later to ship and indicated I wanted to use USPS, a second employee tried to tell me the $30 quote from two days previous was now over $70. When I pressed him on it, he "suddenly" found an option for $26. Use this location at your own risk, or prepare to argue for a reasonable rate available. read more

Everyone in here is extremely helpful and kind! We always have several packages to return from our business and personal and they're always super patient. You can also buy cards & cute gift wrapping for special occasion gifts that you're sending. Tip: You can email them your UPS label and they can print it for you! Always friendly and even more helpful. My husband ordered a pool pump 4 times and I had to send it back 4 times. Just so happened that 2 of the people were working each time I had to bring it back. We got a good chuckle -at my husband's expense - he'd ordered a different one every time. For a different brand of pump. Who knew? I've been places where after you've gone in 3 times for the same thing and have gotten the stink eye, like 'how many times are you gonna make me get off my butt and help you for all your screw up's' but the employees laughed right along with me. read more

yuck to this store. I ordered an item from Amazon but needed a replacement. But instead of sending the replacement back to the Amazon locker by my house, Amazon sent it to this UPS store. However the manager of the store was mad I don't have a box there, (his words) so the dweeb sent the package back to Amazon. Wow what a gross old fart. It was a one-time replacement package. Like another review said, the greed is so blatant, it makes you feel you should pay for the air while your'e in there. I'll definitely find a different location for all the holiday shipping I do and will never step foot in there again. read more

Excellent, service- Have been a customer at several UPS stores with mailboxes for years. Mike runs the place like a well-oiled machine. Always clean, friendly staff, well stocked with anything you could need. They are very busy (which is a good sign of a healthy business) but I rarely have to wait for more than 2 mins. for service. Their package handling and PO box service is top-notch, never had a package go awry or received someone else's mail. Kudos to the team and this store for taking care of their customers, I'd highly recommend these folks for your shipping needs. read more

I went into the UPS store to have something notarized, the lady working there was nothing but rude and suggested I go somewhere else, when I questioned her filling out a portion of the insurance form, that I thought was to be filled out by me. I did have her notarize, but that will be our last time to set foot in this store, as we have had poor experiences there numerous times. read more

I've had a mailbox here for years, and this store has been very reliable and friendly to me. I call every month to have my mail forwarded to me. Every once in awhile I'll get a new person that does things different but they're still nice and get the job done. Sometimes the employees are awkward and not very welcoming. We ship packages, overnight letters, buy stamps and even sent regular mail through this store.
