And it was very reasonably priced. Today she was less than enthusiastic to help me. I needed an 8x10, she asked if I wanted to cut it or if she should. I asked what size it would be if she didn't cut and she said 8.5x11, I said it didn't matter either way. When I finally went to pay, she charged me around $3.50 to cut the paper. All of which took her 5 seconds on a cutting machine. She didn't tell me it would cost more for her to spend 5 extra seconds to cut it. I like supporting local but this was a frustrating experience.

To get started, I needed my name printed on my badge. I could have just hand written my name on it, but I wanted it to look professional. They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. We had a misunderstanding about the business cards. I did not think I had actually placed the order, yet. I was going to give her more information. I probably wasn't clear.
