They couldn't professionally print my name without recreating the badge. She got the logo, my name, and the QR code on the back perfect. She also used the logo to create my business cards. We had a misunderstanding about the business cards. I did not think I had actually placed the order, yet. I was going to give her more information. I probably wasn't clear. The reward redemption is not difficult, but a refund request is not easy. The delivery quick, but the driver often leave the order to different suites. The most inconvenient thing is, nearby Post Offices are not very cooperative to make an account to use PO box. While not in Tulsa, I like to use a PO box to manage newly printed purchase orders. I understand downloading from Office Depot online account is more convenient, but as we use AI more than ever, it sometimes gets locked probably for security purposes. To work with my accountant, If printed purchase orders can be delivered to nearby PO box, that is helpful. I know UPS can provide Mailbox too, but as it does not deliver Office Depot's order, I am wondering why not Office Depot cannot provide Private Mail Box services to their buyers.

When I told the store cashier he was very nice about it and explained that he would go take a look after I explained where in the store I almost fell. I am certainly happy I didn't fall as the tile cement floor would of hurt and could have broken something. Part of my income relies on having my notary stamp but this guy clearly doesn't care. I will never use Burkharts again. UPDATE 12/5/22: So I woke up and started calling and emailing Burkhart's to get resolution on my notary stamp. When there was no answer on the office phone, I did a quick online search for Scott Robinett and got his cell number. I decided that since he is too cowardly to deal with angry customers on his business line or through emails, that I would call Scott personally for an explanation. He didn't answer so I left him a very direct message detailing my frustration. I then filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and sent him a receipt of the BBB claim. Within 5 minutes of that email I received the following email from Scott Robinett: Jay, We have issued a credit for the Notary supply order you placed. We're are currently waiting on supplies from our vendor for notary stamps which are on back-order and are unable to complete your order. Sorry for the delay and inconvenience. Regards, Scott Robinett Burkhart's Office Supply Based on this result, I recommend calling his personal cell phone to get resolution, 918-857-5444.
