Office depot has a generous reward program and delivery service. But, I feel that now it does not work 100% as it is supposed to. The reward redemption is not difficult, but a refund request is not easy. The delivery quick, but the driver often leave the order to different suites. The most inconvenient thing is, nearby Post Offices are not very cooperative to make an account to use PO box. While not in Tulsa, I like to use a PO box to manage newly printed purchase orders. I understand downloading from Office Depot online account is more convenient, but as we use AI more than ever, it sometimes gets locked probably for security purposes. To work with my accountant, If printed purchase orders can be delivered to nearby PO box, that is helpful. I know UPS can provide Mailbox too, but as it does not deliver Office Depot's order, I am wondering why not Office Depot cannot provide Private Mail Box services to their buyers. read more

This will not be a long review as it just is to mention how I almost fell in the store. Their tiles are lifting up due to not performing regular maintenance. When I told the store cashier he was very nice about it and explained that he would go take a look after I explained where in the store I almost fell. I am certainly happy I didn't fall as the tile cement floor would of hurt and could have broken something. I am not sure if this will be fixed the next time I go back in the store but I do hope no one gets hurt due to of lack of up keep. read more

I do enjoy coming in to this store..although their all the same and carry the same products this store is the best for me. The associates are always so friendly, helpful, & committed to helping you. This store is always so clean and fully stocked. I always know what experience I'm going to have once I head to this Office Depot. read more

First time in here, went to buy printer ink and some paperclips.. at first the staff was very friendly with helping me find what I needed,I was happy to see they had little sale tags throughout the store,the paperclips were on sale for a $1.00,after I got home looked at the receipt realized I was charged full price and I needed to get more ink so I went back and confronted the gentleman who just checked me out at the register about charging me full price instead of the $1.00 sale..he called for an employee to go price check them,he was taking awhile so I walked over to the aisle to show him where they were and he had pulled the dollar sale tag off and it was in his hand and said no there $2.99. I said umm no i was just in here 5 mins ago and it said $1.00 sale you have the tag in your hand,I called a manager over,told my story that he had just took the tag down,she says "no they can't take down the sale tags without my approval" and argued with me over it and didn't apologize or nothing.. and they wonder why there parking lot is empty!! read more
