A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. They are inside the building with HQ on the side. My technician, Jeremy, was very polite and asked what my problem was. I explained my problem and what I though the solution might be, he listened to me and agreed that it was likely and told me he'd start there. I was told it would be $59 for a technician's time, which for Tulsa is VERY reasonable. I was told at the time there would be no additional charges, and that was correct. Really the best value for purchase I've had with a computer repair shop. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and I know who I'm going back to.
