Just called today in APRIL for them to tell me why they haven't updated me. They claim they were going to call "two days ago" but got "busy." So the console was able to read DvDs and ps2 games before drop, is now not powering on and disc drive is unstable. Sounds like to me like they have no professional experience in handling updating repairs or taking ownership with causing more damage to a device. STAY AWAY if you want any decent repairs.
