I could not use FaceTime or any other speakerphone options which had been going on for well over a month. I took it to the AT&T store and they told me I would have to get a new phone. I thought I paid for insurance and when I went to claim it, they informed me I did not anyway, that's another matter. When I walked into tech daddy, Matthew was super friendly and helpful. Turns out it was a simple cleaning which he did right away and was so kind as I was embarrassed. I could have done it myself ‍ my iPhone 13 mini is back is business!

But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

First time I went in there, I wanted them to fix my Nokia c2-01 but they basically only specialize in smart phones. So a month ago, I paid to get my Nokia 1020 fixed (New charge port and new battery) and it took a month to get fixed. Just got it back today. It wasn't exactly their fault though. The company that was supposed to send the charge port, lost it in the mail twice and then sent it to a different Phone Doctors that needed one. I bet if I had a iPhone or some type of Android, the warehouse wouldn't have screwed up. By calling, I learned all this information. Because I had waited so long, they refunded me the charge port even though the DID get it fixed. Thanks guys for fixing my phone.

Why wouldnt they take it she said because of a few tiny scratchs that probably were so small they wouldnt of even been able to see in a picture.
