Two things I will substantiate though 1) If you are looking for an odd ball hard to find battery try them first. They either have it or can get it. And 2) They take your old batteries for recycling, at no charge. I like the business especially for reason 2. I had a big battery pack that needed to be recycled. He took it back in and they charged him another 160 to fix again but told him this time it would be under warranty for 90 days . I called and spoke to someone . He was rude and called it new damage. Was supposed to talk to the guy who fixed it and call me back and never did. Their website says all repairs are warranted for 90 days.
