Lazy, if it has anything to do with a warranty they will come up with anything to not take your phone. They must not get paid very well to do warranty stuff. They told me they could take pictures of the phone and send it to samsung to see if they approve and it would take 24 hours. I was more than happy with that and agreed. Then she went in the back and came back out and said that she was sure that samsung wouldnt take the phone on warranty and i didnt have that option anymore.. Why wouldnt they take it she said because of a few tiny scratchs that probably were so small they wouldnt of even been able to see in a picture. So now i spent $1700 on a phone 4 months ago only to have it randomly quit working for no reason and my only shot at warranty was in the hands of a lazy, rude, incompetent employee that could careless. Incompetent and liars. Took my PS3 into repair and they said it could take some time. No rush I thought. Dropped it off Jan 23rd. Just called today in APRIL for them to tell me why they haven't updated me. They claim they were going to call "two days ago" but got "busy." Apprantly they fried the motherboard during the attempted repair, bricking the system. All they had to say was "oopsie" and that it's unrepairable. So the console was able to read DvDs and ps2 games before drop, is now not powering on and disc drive is unstable. Sounds like to me like they have no professional experience in handling updating repairs or taking ownership with causing more damage to a device. STAY AWAY if you want any decent repairs. read more

We needed to replace the screen on my girlfriend's phone, and the price here was a little higher than other places, but we figured that this place was a little more reputable. We dropped off the phone at 10:40, they said it would be ready in a couple hours, so at about 12:30 we called since we were headed back to that side of town and they said that it was done, but the phone locked them out and there was 12 minutes left on the timer. No problem. We went to do our additional shopping and after an hour, still no call. We went home and waited until about 2:45 when we called again. Same problem, they stated, and there was 29 minutes on the timer. We waited until 6pm when they finally called us and said it was done. Then we got there they informed us that the home button was broken. It wasn't broken when we left the phone there, it was working just fine. We knew it was working because when we pressed it, the screeen came on to punch in the passcode. (Part of the screen didn't work) I asked, well, are you going to fix it, since you broke it? Nope. Well, are you going to discount the price since you broke it? Nope. So, the moral of the story is, when you're driving near 71st and Memorial and you see this place, don't go anywhere near it. read more

I had a similar experience like Mike D. I took my tablet in and they made it seem like it would be a couple of days for repair. It ended up being a week after they later told me that tablets takes about two weeks. I left my tablet with them in working order. The only thing that needed repair was the charge port. I had about 40-50% battery left just in case I needed a new tablet and could transfer data and apps over. When I picked it up the person said the tablet never came on when he tried. A complete lie! And he then showed me where there was supposed "damage" to the area where the motherboard is located. Another outright lie!! I told him that the he was not correct about it not working and that there wasn't any damage to my tablet at all when I left it. Please do not use this place. Try to find another trust-worthy business with employees that don't lie to cover their imcompetence. Listen to me and Mike D. read more

first of all the people are nice that work there but not honest about the cost of parts for repairs. was quoted $80 in parts and $120 in labor when the parts are only $15 on Amazon. It's unfortunate they couldn't be honest with me because I could have brought them more business. read more

My phone froze, went black then had the little spinning circle like it was rebooting.. I tried to shut down, I tried to charge but nothing worked. 45min later I went to the ATT store where I bought the phone. They said they are not a repair shop but would gladly sell me a new phone. They did send me to ubreakifix. I was immediately greeted and only waited a minute or two before a nice man asked how he could help. I explained and handed my phone over.. He worked on it and explained what he was doing and hoped it was an easy fix. It ended up working... Whatever he did... So glad they were open and so nice and easy to work with.. This place is a joke, we had a 20% of coupon that expires August 6th 2022. They tried to put our issues off until the coupon expired. Because we called after 2 weeks wondering why we had not heard anything they stated they cannot fix either our laptop screen or our surface pro issue. I advise going with a company that is willing to stand by thier offers and actually willing to help. read more

Alex was very helpful.He helped me out with a small discount as well which was kind of him and I was and still am very grateful. It made it all the more easy to be a customer. He also made the experience more personal and friendly since he noticed my interest in anime. He told me about a local convention that one of my only friends told me about as well that they have right here in Tulsa. So, it was.a nice way to pass the time that wasn't really all that long of a wait. I didn't even wait an hour. Granted I was first in line it was still pleasant. Even the customers were kind enough consider I had been waiting outside sitting on the curb 15 minutes before the store actually opened so the whole experience was just really wonderful. I am new to Tulsa so as a first time customer it was worth the time, money, and the experience. Not just every penny. That and the energy I didn't really spend too much time having to wait so it was worth everything. It's not often I say that because many care more about the buck they might spend rather than the experience. If you want an overall quality level experience and service done then the price is worth it. Even if its expensive and it wasn't really all that expensive if you must know. I'd say I got exactly what I paid for which I have said about Apple and not many other places. Apple is far more daunting due to how many people and how big the company and the stores are along with the customers that seem just as daunting. Don't get me wrong. I love Apple and its expensive for a reason but not necessarily for friendliness and the quality experience I had here. Apple might have the quality for the hardware and software that is what you pay for but smaller places have far more more kindness and care less about a sale so obviously. Both the employees and the customers are way nicer. It was a really nice experience for me at lease since having a both of those quality experiences makes up for whatever monetary value that could lessen the value on many levels without the level of kindness here. I'd come back here for sure. Some places are not worth going back to even if they do a good job and for a good price if its a horrible experience that can lowers the quality not limited to monetary value. Morale boosts and losses effect people and the status quo. I am happy to say as a first time customer that I did not have to spend time worrying or stressing which makes it worth the money spent for what I did not have to deal with. I'd come back to a place for the overall value even if it was out of my way for a journey just because it was pleasant the way some places I dread going to and make excuses to not go to where I don't have to worry about that here. Plus its not far from the mall so why not go here and pop over to the mall or get coffee next door? It's convenient and pleasant. Thats why going out of ones way is sometimes better than taking a short cut that one would probably end up having to go out fo their way anyways. Thank you for the brief but memorable experience.
