Apprantly they fried the motherboard during the attempted repair, bricking the system. All they had to say was "oopsie" and that it's unrepairable. So the console was able to read DvDs and ps2 games before drop, is now not powering on and disc drive is unstable. Sounds like to me like they have no professional experience in handling updating repairs or taking ownership with causing more damage to a device. STAY AWAY if you want any decent repairs.
