Our organization assists the needy and homeless, and we were inquiring about this particular individual in order to get his phone activated and purchase him a phone since the clerk was familiar with the homeless individual, but he refused to allow us to help the homeless individual and told us to leave the store. It seems that he had something against us, and we were nothing but polite and professional toward him. We hope that the corporate office would remove this disturbed and inappropriate individual who refused to give us his agent number and is not a safe person to do any type of business with.
