Owner takes phone, comes back in 30 seconds and very politely informed us the reason it wouldn't charge was because the port was stuffed full of non-phone stuff. He blew it out, filled up three 55 gallon trash bags with what was jammed in there, and now the phone worked fine. Cost...NOTHING! We offered to pay, and he refused. That's serious service. Phone breaks, i know where I'm going!
