I was referred to Mobile Macsters by the Apple Store in Woodland Hills Mall, in Tulsa Oklahoma, Because What I needed done to My Macbook Pro Computer they didn't do anymore.!! (or wouldn't). So they said there was a place here in Tulsa that is an Authorized Repair Shop for Old & New Mac Computers, if Anyone could help me they could. So I went, They were Friendly & Helpful and fixed my Problem for a fair price. Now I Got my Old Computer Back, and it works fine. Yea.! I have been back several time, and every time they were able to help me out, and give me valuable advice on how to keep my old system working properly. They can bring life back to your old computers if you still like them and want to keep them. My Friends all tell me, They are also very good at fixing the new Mac Computers as well.. I am a college student and my computer stopped working and I was scrambling trying to find somewhere to get it fixed. I came in hoping to just have my port cleaned out and when I told them that wasn't in my budget and i would find somewhere else, Steve, I believe his name was went to the back and cleaned it out in less than two minutes and blessed me with this service. I welled up in tears because this was such a blessing and kind gesture. these kinds of small gifts make people's days and he went above and beyond to bless me. he also told me that he would look at my charger to make sure that it was working properly. he didn't owe any of this to me and he certainly didn't have to, but he truly showed the love of Christ in this moment to me. i was blessed by this and i 10/10 will be asking for him if i ever need anything read more

Came in for an apple repair and was rudely greeted and referred elsewhere after having an appointment. There's a reason this business is failing. Spend your money elsewhere. I will be reporting their negligence to apple. You are not up to certified apple repair standards. read more

Been having charging issues for a while. We were visiting from TX and I had my whole road trip plan on my computer and woke up one morning and the computer was dead and wouldn't charge. She diagnosed it as a simple charger and cable issue and didn't try to sell me anything and didn't charge me. read more

I made a mistake and forced a restart while laptop was loading an update...my bad! Macsters said they would try to reload operating system and if that did not work, they would have to wipe laptop and reload - fortunately I had everything backed up on external hard drive! Reloading the operating system did the trick and I had a minimum charge! A good ending!! read more

Nice guys, but they approved an additional repair without consulting me, the result of which is that my hard drive got replaced without my knowledge and I lost a number of irreplaceable files. When i asked what I could do to recover my hard drive, the guy literally sat there and just stared at me. infuriating. I won't go back. read more

$500 plus $49 diagnostic fee is outrageous for a MacBook battery. We had another Mackbook battery replaced at Apple for less than $200.

AMAZING!! They replaced my screen on my 2020 Mac Book Pro - 13in and I expected it to be like 2 weeks and it was ready in 4 days. He gave me some great tips to maintain my battery life. Would 100% recommend. I had Apple Care Plus and it was easy to get that payment squared away read more

Apple support referred me to Mobile Macsters in Tulsa to try and recover data from my Macbook's hard drive. I gave them an external drive (with an old backup of my hard drive) and I told them to wipe it if they could recover the data from my laptop's hard drive. Well Mobile Macsters couldn't retrieve the data and they wiped my external drive clean anyway. There were files I could have pulled off my backup, but now I don't have that option. I will never go back there. read more

Big thank you to Steve, Todd and the whole crew. I'm a long time Mac user coming up on 13 years. My story begins at work, where I managed to tip a spill proof water bottle over on my 15 inch MacBook Pro. So, lesson learned.... nothing is really spill proof. Granted, I acted quickly, sopping up the spill, inverting the machine, after turning it off, popping off some of the keys and placing it over a fan to dry out the area. Luckily the spill was contained to the Q and W area of the key board. After some research, I figured it was safe to use the computer. However some of the keys (W and Q) were not the same. I figured, time to take "My Baby" to the Apple Store at Penn Square and get a git of TLC. Sort of an aside, the Apple Store is no place for computer repair. If you want to buy or try a cool machine with the feeling and anticipation of waiting for concert tickets or getting into the coolest club in town... then this is your place. Anyway, I digress. Scott, the Genius bar guru, told all sorts of horrible things were wrong with my beloved MacBook Pro: top case is bad, fan dead, and so on. Then he called my machine old... but she's only 6 sir, I stammered. Basically he was ready to pull the plug and send me home. But instead he told me to go to Mobile Macsters. On Monday, I showed up. Their shop is in a small strip mall setting. The shop is clean, with a nice waiting area. Steve took a look and said that things may not be that bleak. Todd took a look and gave me some good news about the top case and said the W may have issues do to the water. There was an odd conversation about the names of computer parts... totally my fault and I made them blush. But, they have a great sense of humor. So I left my baby behind and in caring hands. This place is great. Through out the process, they email you updates and let you know what is going on. They also give you pricing of the different issues or what can wait. Todd and his son informed me that the keys were fine, top case okay and the fan was just unplugged. The only thing my computer really need was more memory. The job was completed within the day and I was up and running. Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. I will never go back to the Apple Store at the mall. read more

Woke up to a dead phone that would not charge. These people are great. Service came with a smile and honest opinion on timing and cost of repair. Replaced the battery and I'm back up a running. I have an iPhone 6 and they had the battery. read more

After setting an appt and waiting for 30 minutes, the store directed me to the Apple Store because they didn't stock the parts to fix the phone. New iPhone 7. "We don't stock those parts." Save yourself some time and go directly to Apple. Sheesh. read more

After being given the run around at the apple store we took our computer to Macsters where they were 100 times better. Turns out our computer really is too old to invest money into and they let us know that instead of just doing the work and handing us a bill. We will definitely be going back if we need computer work in the future. read more

Disappointing... referred by Apple since they were backed up and the work on my computer was covered by apple care. It would have been shorter to wait for The Appointment with Apple. Previously they have always been efficient and reliable. Once I dropped my computer off to mobile macsters I was told repeatedly- your next in line... for a week and a half. Then they had to order the part they were supposed to replace initially. I would never go there again or recommend them. It all seemed half assed.... disappointing.... I gave them two stars to be polite. But they are not worth the frustration. I would try somewhere else. Definitely will wait for Apple next time. My bad! read more

I contacted Mobile Macsters after reading one review online. They ordered a new MacAir for me, transferred files from another one to the new one, fixed the older Air for my husband, and added more memory to my iMac. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Throughout the process I received frequent email and phone status updates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use them again when the need arises. read more

I gave 2 stars only because I had a great experience with them previously on my wife's computer, but would give 0 - 1 if this was my first experience with them. I say stay away! They do not do what they say they will do, and are very dismissive and don't really care about making things right. I dropped off my computer for a battery replacement and told I would have an update on parts availability that afternoon so I would know if it would possibly be ready the next day or if I was going to be up against the 4-5 day (or more) window so I could take my computer back and still work while waiting on parts. After no updates that day, I reached out asking for status (and logged on to see it showed on my account) with no response, and then late in the day the next day I finally called. The person that answered was dismissive, unhelpful, uncaring and then argumentative after he told me it "was back there on the shelf and hadn't even been looked at" and then I explained what I had been told by the person who checked my computer in originally and was asking for clarification on what to expect. Said it was going to be "I don't know, probably sometime next week before we even look at it". When I asked to discuss with the person who took it in, they wouldn't let me. So, I went and picked up my computer (the person who originally took it in gave it back, and couldn't care less that they had just lost a customer - no apology) and just dropped it off elsewhere. Should have it back tonight for 1/2 the cost as well. I'll never be back. read more

If you have an Apple product, and it needs service, you really need to call these folks. They are an Apple certified service facility, but unlike the Apple Store, they can often fix your problem on site in maybe an hour, rather than you having to leave your precious Apple whatsit for days. I have had 3 service calls from them on my MacBook Pro, and all have been fast, flawless and painless. read more

I'd rather drive to Kansas City to get my Apple Products repaired than make the expedition to Woodland Hills Mall. The battery on my 6 phone was completely dead. Noticed Tulsa had another option besides the dreaded MALL right in the heart of midtown. Macsters fixed my phone within an hour. I'll use them again for any Apple repair. read more

Incredible!!! My old MacBook is as dear to me as is my iPhone or one of my kidneys, I would not part with either. The battery of the MacBook was not keeping its charge very long anymore. I travel a lot for work and during an overnight stay in Wichita, KS, I had it changed for a new one at a CPR outfit - terrible mistake. Trusting positive reviews, I humbly came to MOBILE MACSTERS in Tulsa, OK. There were a lot of customers, probably for the following reasons. Everyone was very friendly with me from the first phone call, technicians come from their stations and take the time to reviews their findings. As soon as the parts arrived I was given an appointment to match my schedule. As my battery was changed and other repairs were being done, I received 6 messages from the technician telling me every step of his work - Incredible. At the end of the day I went to pick up my computer. My IOS and another program had their updater not working, so I thought I had the latest software version installed. Not so. The technician replaced the two faulty updater and made current every application and my IOS. I was extremely happy with the quality of the service and the expertise of the technicians. read more
