They carry all prices and variety of products. We originally had ordered a couch that 6 weeks to receive! It was delivered and for two weeks we didn't like it. It was not the exact color we had ordered. Management was very helpful in helping us with exchanging it for another couch and love seat. We have visited all four of Neal's sales location. Everyone we dealt with were as professional as they come. That being said we visited the Sapulpa store again this week. We bought 6 chairs to go with our existing table. I understood very little of the conversation, but of course the difference was a 3% cc fee. Okay, but why was I not told that at time of checkout? But 2-17-2016 Pam distributing Co. contacted me (not from UPS-we found out later why) said UPS made a mistake and they have my package waiting to be picked up at their facility instead deliver to me. Pam distributing Co. did not apologized at all when this message was delivered to me. According to their explanation to me was because this whole mistaken happened by UPS not them. I just complain and told them I will pick up because I myself also do business and sometimes unexpected things happen. 3. I couldn't pick up the package because I got tide up for my business. So this package went back to Pam distributing Co. I did request re-sent my package again ASAP. I provide to them my CORRECT business address, phone number, email address, & etc to make sure. I also requested not charging additional shipping cost this time because prior to what have happened last shipping. But there answer was no. Our Westlock door knob going from our house to our garage self destructed on Tuesday temporarily…read morelocking me out of our house. After my wife came home and got me back in through the backdoor, I took the knob apart. The Westlock help line pointed me toward Home Hardware. I had never heard of them, much less been there. When I got there, Craig Tyler greeted me. I told him my situation. I expected to buy a new knob assembly. Westlock no longer makes the one we had. Craig took my zip lock bag with all the pieces and proceeded to rebuild it before my very eyes. He even rekeyed it to our key. It may have taken him ten minutes. I could not believe it. After putting it back together and slipping it back in my bag, we proceeded to head to the front counter. I asked him how much I owed. He said nothing. I tried to pay him for his time. He would not take anything. I joked with him about him being a brain surgeon after hours. No one or no company has impressed me like Craig and Home Hardware did on Tuesday morning in a long long time. I am totally sold on them. They have a new customer for life. As I said earlier, I had never been there before. They serviced a part they did not sell me. Hats off! What a breath of fresh air. This was old fashioned customer service at its best. It made me feel like I was back in the days I grew up in at a store in my neighborhood. By the way, I was able to put the door knob back together in less than 10 minutes without any issues.
