The last several times that I have come to Lowes I have see a truck that I'm pretty sure is an employee of the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Lowes. It is usually parked on the east end of the store near the Garden Center. Whoever owns the truck has a very derogatory and offensive front license plate on their truck. I would like management to be aware of this as I don't feel it should be in a location where customers and their families could see it. I've attached two pictures of said truck. read more

Went to Lowe's Garden Center to pick up some plants and planters for my balcony. First off, I was surprised by the size of Lowe's Garden Center. It was quite impressive, and the amount of plants available was overwhelming. The plants were also in great condition. My tomato plant was so fat and luscious. Everything was fairly cheap and not overpriced. The smaller plants were around $5 and bigger plants were more expensive. The planters were also cheap with good quality. Of course when comparing to other well known garden center, Lowe's Garden Center may not have as much but for common plants, Lowe's Garden Center can more than suffice. read more

I went to this store because their app said they had wind chimes, several items of wind chimes and plenty of them. I looked for over 30 minutes till I found someone and asked, they showed me, they were like 6 feet up in top stock, there were 3 different employees, and. One of them would get the wind chimes down, so I left and went to another company to get it, they didn't have a problem helping me, unlike Lowe's. read more

I have to walk the length of the store to find a cart while you have employees wandering aimlessly around the store then I have to check out myself. there was a guy in a wheelchair having difficulties your check out assistant never bothered to help, until I got to the checkout then he's on my butt. Your service sucks, your selection sucks and your check out sucks and the employees in the yard department cant get it right. I'm writing to share feedback regarding a frustrating experience I had at the Broken Arrow Hillside location this past Monday. I stopped by to pick up six 2x4 treated lumber pieces--something that should have been a simple and quick trip. Although the bin was over half full, none of the lumber was in usable condition. I even climbed up on the stack to search for better pieces. During this time, at least six Lowe's employees walked by without acknowledging me or offering help. I then went to the Pro Desk to request assistance. After waiting for 15 minutes with no response, I called the store's main line and asked to speak with a manager. Andy Weeks answered the call, and unfortunately, his demeanor reflected the lack of customer service I had already encountered. After an additional 10 minutes, someone finally brought down more lumber. Mr. Weeks was present at that time but said nothing--not even a basic acknowledgment of the delay or inconvenience. This experience was disappointing, especially considering I live nearby and often rely on this location for convenience. I don't expect premium service, but I do expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect--especially when I'm spending my hard-earned money. read more

Would give less of I could. Bought a $2000 refrigerator for my mother that failed ONE MONTH after purchase, THANKSGIVING WEEK and they will not exchange or refund. Had to buy another refrigerator from HAHN'S. Worst customer service ever. They said they only have a 48 HOUR return on appliances. maybe the worst website purchasing system ever. went to order a large quantity of mulch for delivery. the site went through all the steps including adding a delivery fee. when submit was clicked, a screen asking me to login came up even though I had been logged in during the ordering process. I received a message stating I couldn't continue due to many login attempts. did this twice. same result. called corporate. went through basically the same process verbally. couldn't be completed I'd have to talk to the local store directly. transferred to the store. placed on hold. call dropped. called directly. finally got the order placed thanks to Karen! she did a great job. really Lowe's? probably go to Home Depot next time. read more

Lowes no longer cares about "Customer Service" they have went WOKE and no longer have Cashiers. Made me sick, I really liked this store, but no more. I'm now going to Home Depot ( I like them better, they are just a few miles away) or even Sutherlands, closer. It was Chaos, 10 customers waiting on 4 self serve machines and TWO Lowes employees standing there watching. Made me sick. Customer service "Out the Window", it's all about making that last dime. My kids have for a ong time given me Lowes gift cards on special occasions. I've aleady text them this morning saying" No more Lowes gift cards for me, not now, not ever"!! My wife and I bought this refrigerator on May 13th, 2020. We paid $40 to have Lowe's deliver it to our home, on May 14th. On May 15th, when we hadn't heard anything from Lowe's, we called the store to figure out what was going on. After the usual routine of getting put on hold, switched to other departments, hung up on, more holds, and more departments, we finally talked to someone who told us our missing refrigerator had been delivered! We assured them it had definitely NOT been delivered. After some back and forth they sent someone out to "check the truck" and discovered it hadn't been delivered, after all! They assured us it would be delivered the next morning, on May 16th. The next morning, the truck arrived early. The two delivery men started by telling us this was their first time to make a refrigerator delivery. They quickly proved that to be true by producing a large sledge hammer and beating (I mean BEATING!) the door handles off my old refrigerator! They didn't use an Allen wrench, like a normal person would have. They beat them off with a giant hammer! I mean, I have Allen wrenches. I would have happily loaned them one! Afterwards, they tried to remove my (now hopelessly mangled) refrigerator and ended up scraping up my door and pulling loose the trim around the door. They also broke a statue my wife had on the front porch. They finally got it through the door, after taking a panel off the back of the refrigerator, and trying a few more times. To be fair, my old refrigerator was pretty big, and definitely a tight fit through my front door. Next, they brought the new refrigerator into the house. They managed to do that without scraping, smashing, or denting anything else, which made me happy. They put the handles on the new refrigerator and connected the waterline (after some confusion where the guy installing the waterline couldn't figure out how to turn the water valve off, or on). They also removed some of the protective cling plastic before they pushed the new refrigerator into place. What they didn't do was pull any of the shelves out for us, or remove any tape holding everything in place, inside the refrigerator. They left all of that to us. This was in stark contrast to other refrigerator's we've bought from Lowe's, in the past. Usually, the people delivering the refrigerator take the time to pull everything out, unpack everything, put it all together, install any filter's, etc. But, not this time. Nope, they pushed it in place and left in a hurry. Before they left, one of the delivery guys asked me if I wanted him to come back and fix the broken flashing by using a finishing nail to put it back in place. Or, he offered to have a new flashing installed. I said nailing it back in place was fine, so he agreed to come back, later that evening, and take care of that. He did come back, but instead of using a small, colored finishing nail, like the flashing was originally installed with, he hammered in two framing nails and asked my wife for some white paint, which he then globbed onto the oversized heads of the nails. I told him that was fine because, by now, I'd figured out I was better off fixing things without his help. The next morning I got up and tried to get water using the front door dispenser on the new refrigerator. That's when I noticed the water in the door was not working. Later that morning, we noticed the freezer was frosting up like an old 60's models would have. Still later, my son pointed out that the GE logo, on the front door, was falling off. Finally, we noticed that the lights in the freezer had stopped working. We also noticed several knicks and dings that made us suspect this refrigerator wasn't as factory fresh as we'd been led to believe. So, in 24 hours, this refrigerator had three things go wrong with it. The Samsung refrigerator, we had before, lasted us for over ten years. This one broke before we got up the next morning! This refrigerator, GE Model #GFE28GYNFS, is a complete lemon, do not buy this refrigerator! After we noticed all the problems, my wife tried to call Lowe's and, once again, got put on hold, switched to different departments, hung up on, etc, etc. She finally got in the car and drive down to the store. She told the people at Lowe's we wanted another refrigerator. The sales person, who sold us the refrigerator, said she would have to check if it had been "48 hours", because if it had, we wouldn't be able to exchange it. Luckily, we were still in the 48 hour window, or that would have been an interesting battle. I'm glad we avoided that. My wife picked out another refrigerator, this one a Samsung, like our old refrigerator had been. The Samsung was roughly $300 cheaper than the GE had been. We were told we would be refunded the difference after the GE was returned. I'm writing this on May 24th, and we still don't have our refund ... We are constantly sourcing at this location. We have been particularly impressed with Marcy and her assistance above and beyond. She is knowledgeable and is diligent to see a project to its end. She went to bat for us on several occasions when vendors were a bit slow in getting the product to us on the promised date. It was a comfort to know the "ball wasn't being dropped" on her watch. Shari also is another draw to this particular location. During one of our trips to discover sale options in outdoor. She climbed off a ladder and dropped what she was doing to assist (the customer in front of her...ready to buy) us. She was able to answer our questions and also suggested options. All I Needed Was Four, 2X4s! A good friend has been remodeling his home during this virus crap. Doing it himself, he has made many trips to Lowe's to get the variety of lumber, and plumbing components needed to get his work done. The last time I talked to him he said it was like the state fair in Lowe's, almost shoulder to shoulder crowds and most all of the customers were not wearing masks to protect others. Not a place I want to be! With everyone in lock down they are catching up on all the repairs and projects they had been putting off. Ok, so all I needed was four 2X4s for a small project. I decided to try Lowe's online ordering and curb service to avoid entering the store. Easy ordering on line. Next morning I pulled into the order pickup parking, called the number on the sign, gave my order number and in about ten minutes my four 2X4s, were delivered. Now, if you have ever bought lumber at Lowe's you know that you usually have to sort through the specific lumber rack to find a useable piece of lumber that is not split, warped or full of knots. Sometimes, their lumber looks like it was salvaged from an ancient ship wreck! [I could go on and on about the problems I have had a Lowe's. I'll save it for another review] My expectations were low. I figured Lowe's would take advantage to give me the lumber that was left over, from that pile that had been sorted through. To my surprise, the employee that picked out my four measly boards did an excellent job! Thank you! The next project is the electrical wiring of a shed I am having built. I came in this morning about 7:30 to buy cypress mulch for my business, 27 bags today 25 bags the day before. Garden manager couldn't open the register in the garden center half an hour early so I had to push 27 bags of mulch across half the store. It Wouldn't have cost them a thing to open that register 30 minutes early. I had all the mulch loaded myself all I asked was to save some steps by paying for my gardening supplies in the GARDEN CENTER that manager has zero respect for the store's customers. The price of a trailer had been clearly marked in front of the same trailer for at least 2 weeks, so my husband and I came in to purchase it and they refused to sell it to us at that price using the excuse that it wasn't affixed to the trailer. 7 days ago I purchased the Electrolux washer Model ELFW7637W from Lowe's online. I chose this machine after reading reviews. I thought I ordered it from my local Lowe's. It was delivered 6 days ago. it worked for 2 loads only. By Tuesday only the rinse & drain cycle worked. I went to my local Lowe's to request a different washer. They said they couldn't help me because they used a 3rd party delivery (not my choice). I contacted the deliverer and they couldn't help. They told me to contact the manufacturer, which I did on the 4th day after delivery. They couldn't help me because I had t registered the machine.I registered the machine & tried to contact them on day 5 after delivery. The office was closed. I'm at day 6 after delivery & stuck with a non-working washer that I paid $1,000 for and no one will take responsibility. I thought Lowe's would stand behind their products. Apparently that's not true. I'm extremely disappointed in Lowe's. Next time I will use a different home improvement store. Lowe's people, you need to change this. You sold me a lemon & now I'm stuck with it. C'mon and live up to principles, unless you don't have any. read more

It's a Lowe's, but I like to thinks this location is a little better than the other ones. For one, there is usually a polish sausage cart outside the door when you exit, so it's already scored points in my book. Where else can you go buy a rake, lawnmower and get a delicious polish sausage on your way out the door? The staff is generally very helpful here, and they have always had the items in stock we are looking for. This store is particularly helpful, because they are the only retail story in BA that carries our air filter size 16x30x1. We had no idea this was an odd size, since our whole neighborhood was built the same way, but you won't find this size at Target or Wal-mart. read more

I like Lowe's. There are usually enough workers walking around at this location that if you have a question they can help you, but not so many that I feel like i'm being followed. Self check out is great if you only have a few items and the other lines are backed up. The signs help a lot in the store, unless you're looking for something that isn't on a sign then you're on a bit of a hunt. Everyone knows Lowe's. It's a great place right? It has everything and then some. It's all displayed well and the prices are good. Today however, I ran across an employee that I was less than impressed with. I was shopping for new appliances and asked him if he could call another location and check availability for me. He suggested that I just do it myself. He then let me know that he was very busy and he had lot's of customers to help. It was a very rude brush off. He obviously wasn't busy with other customers. He was just rude. And, he was smiling the whole time. Very rude and extremely aggravating. I ended up walking out and driving to another location on the other side of town. I was treated much better there and I did spend quite a bit. There are people that actually need and respect their jobs. He was not one of them. read more

It's a huge store which can make finding the right item impossible and they could improve their hardware selection. This is a terrible Lowe's. Kelly the Asst. Manager (Or Manager, still not sure) has a terrible attitude towards customer service and needs to either be replaced, or needs further training on what it takes to manage a large retail store. Last night, around 6:30pm, I went into the Lowe's in Broken Arrow to buy two things I needed for my garage renovation. Once of the two items was a high dollar electric item. After purchasing both items at the self check out. The POS (point of sale) machine halted and needed human intervention. When the young boy came over to assist, he found that the self checkout POS machine had run out of receipt tape. He then let me know that he doesn't have a "key" to replace the receipt tape and would need to get someone from the service desk. It turns out only one lady at the desk had a key that could replace the receipt tape in the machine. The boy told me I could just leave without a receipt since the charge to my Lowe's card was completed, just no receipt for the sale. I asked the boy if I could return any of the two items if I had issues with them without a receipt. He told me no, I wouldn't be able to return them. I told him I would wait for a receipt for the purchase. He walked over to the service desk, then walked back and said the lade with the key should be there shortly to replace the receipt tape and provide me with a receipt. After five minutes, no one came. I then asked the kid if he could just void my purchase and I would go to another checkout that would have receipt paper. He said he can't void the purchase. The kid then told me I could just leave without the merchandise and come back at another time. I told him the sale was already charged to my credit card and if I tried to call my credit card company to tell them that I left the store without the merchandise and my card should be credited that my credit card company would probably laugh at me since they had no way to verify I left the merchandise at the store. So I continued to wait for someone to come put receipt paper in the point of sale machine. No one came. I walked over to the service desk eventually asking to see a manager. An older guy at the service desk who was just sitting there reading a magazine made some sort of remark under his breath and the older lady at the register at the service desk kept helping the customers in the line at the service desk. It turns out she was the one with the "only" key to replace receipt paper in a register. So here we go. Why couldn't the belligerent old man at the service desk replace the lady at the register at the service desk so she could go replace the receipt paper? Why is she the "ONLY" one that can replace receipt paper in a register?? Why doesn't someone regularly check their registers to make sure they have receipt paper? Especially the self check out registers. Why don't the self checkout registers that are out of paper turn off until their receipt paper is replaced? So anyway, I called Lowe's customer support when I got home and made a formal complaint. An hour later, Kelly, the (asst.) manager called me on my cell phone. She did say that they failed me, but then the finger pointing started accusing me of being the problem. I never raised my voice, never cursed, never yelled. Again the boy at the self check out at the Lowe's first wanted me to leave without a receipt, even after telling me I wouldn't be able to return either item if I should have an issue. Then he told me I could just leave without the merchandise even though it was already charged to my card. He couldn't void the sale so I could go to another working self check out. I did finally get a printed receipt after a long wait and much finger pointing. Then the merchandise tracker beeped when I exited the store. Imagine if I wouldn't have had that printed receipt. I never got an apology from Corp Lowe's, or Kelly at the store. I am cutting up my Lowe's credit card and will be using the Home Depot downtown by my office from now on, instead of the Lowe's by my home. Lowe's interpretation of good customer service is way skewed. Kelly is unintelligent, mean, worthless and has zero idea what good customer service actually is. And the two representatives on the phone at the 800 number for Lowe's customer service could have cared less. If you want to deal with very poor customer service and a store manager that will blame every store issue on her customers, then this is the store for you. read more

Today we went to Lowe's in Broken Arrow to look at dishwashers since our stopped working. We found one we liked, we asked the clerk if it came in stainless. He said we should check it on our phone. (Wow). They had a sign posted that said free delivery for appliances over $396. We found a dishwasher we wanted for $399.99. then the charge of $129 for delivery and installation. Since they advertised free delivery why would the $129 not be discounted since that cost includes delivery. So basically the free delivery is not accurate, a bait and switch of such. The store manager at first agreed with us that the signs were contradictive and told the clerk to discount our charge for $65. The clerk refused to do what the manager told him and what was told to us. We again went to the customer service desk to ask for the manager again. This time the manager says oh I was wrong. So he was going against what he previous said. The manager showed himself to be untrustworthy and would not honor his word which was given 5 minutes earlier. We were not being rude but we had enough of the BS that we walked out and I we won't be buying anything thing else at Lowes again. read more

This store has typically been an average store. Nothing special. I bought a shed and ordered the flooring kit for it, a special order for a common shed. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks but typically they are at the store within 7 days. Well 7 days later no flooring kit but no biggie they did say it could take 2 weeks. I did a follow up call a few days later and was told it would be ready for pickup on the 14th day. I was busy on that day so went to the store on day 15. No floor kit. After 30 min I was told it wasn't actually ordered because it wasn't entered in correctly, but they have it on order now and will be in within the next 1-2 weeks... and they are sorry, what a joke!!! I would return the shed and go to home depot except the shed is assembled waiting for the floor kit!!! I will now shop at home depot. This lowes is much closer to my house but I have never had an issue like this at home depot! read more

The older man who helped me--or I should say who was reluctant to help my in the lumber section was rude. Of course, I am a young adult who has no knowledge about how much wood so he kept rolling his eyes at me right infront of me. He would not cut my wood for me until I I said sorry for me inconveniencing him when they were about 30 minutes to close. I said sorry, but then he went on to tell me the difference between "Sorry, and "I apologize." He then made me apologize to him AGAIN. Yeah... Never going back again to that location. read more

I'm getting ready for a complete bathroom overhaul. I found everything I want at this store. Emily was terrific while dealing with me. She was very helpful and patient. She is a tremendous asset for the company and her enthusiasm is something to be admired. I was however puzzled by the 4 piece shower system. I needed a left side drain but it was priced $120.00 more than the exact same one with a right side drain. I asked Emily about this but she couldn't do anything about it. I went ahead and purchased the things I needed and left to go about the rest of my day. Problem was I just couldn't let it go. It just didn't make sense. I finally called the store asking to speak with a Manager. I spoke to a gentleman named Dorn. Told him my story, letting him know I was not unhappy just wanted a reasoable explaination of the difference in price. Dorn told me to bring my receipt in and he'd refund the difference between the two. First, I was surprised. That is customer service at it's finest. I appreciate him doing this and I'll always be a Lowes customer so long as I don't have to root for Jimmy Johnson. read more

I purchased siding and installation services from Lowes in Broken Arrow. I didn't get the materials I expected, it was installed a month after the guaranteed installation date and I was not satisfied with the quality of the work. My recommendation would be to go with a professional siding installer. Very disappointed. read more
