Purchased Electrolux washer & dryer. They talked me in to extended warranty . No problems for 3 years and then it locked up and stopped working. Called Hahn told them the washer quit and told me call warranty folks out of their hands called got nice lady Beth wonderful lady who set up service it's been 6 weeks and many many parts the service guy came in today and fixed we thought 3 loads of laundry and it's not working again .Hahn is great selling you and pushing the warranty but if you have a problem they do nothing except tell you call warranty company I will never purchase anything from them I purchased, washer ,dryer, oven, cook top dish washer Repair company is housed in their building and is more than likely to be owned by them So what's going on ? I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Hahn's Appliances. I spent $2,000 on an oven+installation, and the entire process has been a nightmare from start to finish. First, my salesperson, Donovan, was very friendly when we made the purchase. He assured us that the oven was in stock day we purchased and set an install date for a week and a half after date of purchase for March 10. When that day came, no one showed up. I called the store, only to find out that there was no record of my sale in their system at all! I had just spent $2,000 with them, and they had no idea who I was or what I bought. Donovan got on the phone with my husband same day and tried to blame the delay on snow (which didn't make sense because the snow was gone a whole week before we made this purchase), claiming the oven was out of stock (even though he had told us it was available when we purchased it), and claiming he never set a install date with us originally so he's not sure why we thought that. Even though I have paperwork that reflects an install date of March 10. We agreed to reschedule for March 20, which meant I had to cancel plans with family on March 10, as I was depending on the oven to cook for them that evening!!! When I called again on March 19 to confirm the install for the next day, I was told AGAIN I wasn't even scheduled for it! The person I spoke to transferred me to Donovan, who initially said I was scheduled but then realized I wasn't. He left me on hold for over 15 minutes, and when someone else answered, they didn't even know who I was waiting for. It felt like Donovan was deliberately avoiding helping me!!! Finally, I spoke with a manager named Britt, who apologized but didn't seem shocked at all by the poor treatment I had received. At this point, I expected something like a free or discounted install as compensation for all the trouble, but no such offer was made. In fact i was questioned if i was telling the truth. I even had to provide proof of my original install date/sale paper work...which Donovan had completely messed up, and when I did, the manager seemed shocked that I was telling the truth! I am extremely disappointed in Hahn's Appliances and Donovan's lack of professionalism. I feel like I was the one doing all the work to fix their mistakes, and no real effort was made to make things right. read more

My old dryer burned up and stopped working over the weekend, so I decided to go to Hahn Appliance Warehouse to see if they had a dryer that would meet my needs. I had never been to Hahn's before but have seen their commercials for many years. The salesman greeted me at the door and was very helpful on taking me right to the dryer section and helping me pick out a dryer that would meet my width, depth, and height specifications. I ended up picking out a GE dryer that I am happy with. They have a huge selection in this store of every type of appliance imaginable. They even sell outdoor grills. I asked for delivery of my new dryer, but the delivery service was running behind due to the severe weather that we encountered last week, so me and a buddy picked the dryer up at the warehouse ourselves in my truck. I would definitely recommend this store if you need any sort of appliance. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices seem very reasonable. read more

Bought a fridge in mid Sept that needed to be brought in. 4 weeks with a date of Oct28 to deliver. On that date no delivery came so I called. Was told it didn't ship because someone failed to set a delivery schedule. I was literally promised delivery on the following Tuesday. I got a call Tuesday afternoon to tell me it wasn't going to be delivered. They said they couldn't find it, but they knew it was there. I had my husband call back and they told him they would deliver in 2 weeks. On that delivery day we waited all day and most of the evening. They never called or showed. The following morning we cancelled. It's been 14 days and we still have not received our refund, but accounting sent me a receipt for a refund. Hopefully means they sent it to our credit card company. We will not be buying from Hahn Appliances again. read more

Instead of fixing the problem easily, they did a VIDEO CALL to look at our refrigerator. I'm sure this is to save time and money, but it has been 2 months and they still haven't fixed our fridge. 2 repairmen have been out and they keep misdiagnosing, saying it will take 5 business days, then 5 business days later we find out that they JUST NOW ordered the part. We purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator from Hahn not even 3 weeks ago. The ice maker quit working after ONE week. We had to wait another 5 days for someone to come out, look at it for about 10 minutes, then say he has to order a whole new ice maker and it will hopefully be delivered in a week. Then we will have to make another appointment for someone to come out and install it. LESS THAN 3 WEEKS and it's already broken and we have to wait even longer for it to be hopefully fixed. We were loyal customers for a very long time. Not any more. The whirlpool microwave we purchased from Hahn many years ago quit. I didn't think twice about gong back to Hahn to buy a new one. Big mistake, huge. I purchased the new one the last day of August. It quit like the 15th or so of December. I contacted Hahn customer service to see what could be done. Basically the customer service person told me it wasn't Hahns problem to take care of after the sale. They referred me to whirlpool/amana. They basically don't care either. They sent out some service guy who said he'd order some parts. When the parts come in he would take the microwave down and rebuild it sitting in my kitchen floor. I told the guy sitting in my kitchen floor to rebuild it was unacceptable. I got told that was just the way it is. That was the week before Christmas and I haven't heard anything.. OBVIOUSLY Hahn no longer cares about their customers. WHIRLPOOL/AMANA doesn't care about their customers and neither does the service company. The microwave wasn't even six months old! We had a refrigerator delivered today that did not actually fit the opening in our built in cabinetry. We provided clear specifications of the total opening. We were told expressly by the sales manager that there were two options that would fit. We chose one of those options. See the image for what it looks like. Absolutely ridiculous and the cabinet above the refrigerator can't open. We bought a top mount refrigerator from Hahn's about a year ago. We had trouble with it in August. For the last three months while it was still under warranty we have been trying to get it repaired. The store will only tell you to call the manufacturer and that they are not responsible for the repairs or the warranty. I have called Electrolux seven time to set up a repair and no one has showed up yet. If you buy from Hahn, just know they could care less if you have problems once they sell you the equipment, they won't do anything else to help. read more

Someone tried to pull a "fast one" on us. We Purchased a dishwasher and then waited two weeks for delivery. It arrived missing a couple of parts. Due to a family member purchasing a floor model appliance in FL during the peak of COVID (as there was no other option available) and the appliance arriving with missing parts, we specifically asked when purchasing that there would not be an issue with one being in stock. He said not a problem at all and he would call in a few days to confirm that it would indeed be in stock, which he did. It wasn't in a box upon delivery and it had missing parts. This was a dead giveaway that they had indeed sent the floor model. I don't believe the sales person pulled this on us but believe for whatever reason someone made the decision to send us a floor model instead of a new one. We were infuriated and knew someone scammed us as there were other dishwashers on the truck in boxes. A new in the box dishwasher was to be delivered the following week. We called the day before as we had not received a call reminding us of the delivery. They had no record of us being on their schedule. We asked for our money back. We will be going elsewhere to purchase a dishwasher and any other appliance in the future. SHAME ON THE INDIVIDUAL WHO MADE THE CALL TO SEND US THEIR FLOOR MODEL INSTEAD OF WHAT WE ASKED FOR. Honesty of "the dishwasher didn't come in as expected" or whatever the issue was would have been a much better approach than basically lying. read more

We bought a dishwasher, it was not properly installed and leaked first day. Had to have installers back out. We bought a washer and dryer and their installers didn't turn the water valves back on much more than a trickle, so after a year, the inlet valve in washer had to be replaced to the tune of $300. Who gets a washer installed and then checks their water valves? Better be you if you had Hahn install. Very frustrating! And the manager at Hahn told me he checks his water valves once a month as a responsible homeowner should. Riiiiiight. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Purchased a built-in refrigerator from Hahn Appliance Outlet. Yes, I understood that I purchased from the outlet. However, I special ordered the door panels from the main location and paid full price for them. When the panels arrived, I drove the two hours from my home to pick them up. I asked when there; are ALL the parts and instructions in the box to install them onto the door and was assured they were. I was very specific and asked multiple times. I did NOT want to drive two hours back to pick up, if the parts were not included or all there. Upon arrival home and unpacked the doors, no parts, and not even any instructions were included. Called the sales agent who sold the refrigerator originally, said he would order. Weeks went by and finally they arrived and were mailed to me. However, not all parts needed to install the door panels. Again, called and said we did not receive parts needed. Again, was told they would order again. After the 4th email, where I had to research all over the web to find the necessary parts and email them photos of what was needed. I was told: "this will be the last attempt to help. As noted on the invoice this piece was sold AS-IS. You will be responsible for any further hardware or we will pick up the appliance (with all parts) and refund in full." What? How am I supposed to install the doors, that I paid FULL price for and was NOT SOLD AS IS, without the necessary parts needed for installation. Instead of helping me get the $25 part or less $ he would send an employee 2 hours one way to pick up a several thousand dollar refrigerator. Really? Where is customer service. After months of back and forth, we finally received most all the parts needed. Still had to go to the hardware store for additional screws needed. However, I should NOT have had to go through all the time, research and frustration, just to have the accurate parts to install items purchased at FULL PRICE from them. read more

She really knew her stuff and asked us all the right questions so we could figure out which appliance (4 appliances) The installer was Levi and I can't say enough good things about him. He and his partner installed all 4 appliances like a pro!!! Also he went above the call of duty. We bought our house two years ago and it came with an electric stove. We were told that we had the ability to switch to gas. Levi notified us that a part needed to be added to the gas line to make it workable. He then went to The Home Depot and get the part and came back to install it himself so we wouldn't have to call a plumber. 10 Stars read more

The sales man told me my Speed Queen had a 5 year warranty. I wrote the date on my receipt. I've had to call 3 times in 3 years on my Speed Queen. Speed Queen told me my warranty was only a 3 year. We purchased over $5000 in appliances from Hahn less than 5 years ago when we built our house. During last 4 years, we've had issues with 4 of the appliances. The service department (or lack of) is a nightmare to deal with and they don't warranty their work. Most recently, our dryer stopped working. We found out that it was installed incorrectly and that is most likely what caused it to stop working. When we called Hahn about this, the man told my husband to "prove" that it was there fault. No apology. No proposed resolution. We were met with nothing but hostility. It's disappointing considering we have spent so much money with this business and planned to use them in the future. We may look at the box stores including Costco because of the buying incentives they offer with a credit card purchase like free delivery, haul away, and extended warranty; but always end up buying at Hahn because we know they will not abandon us immediately after the sale is closed. That personalized customer service is a necessity today because the durability and quality is so random. We purchased a high end Thermador Sapphire dishwasher. The installation team left a base plate partially on. Its taken us 2 weeks to get them back out. In addition, the display indicator window on this dishwasher has never worked. I would have assumed that would have been identified by a competent installation team. Due to this, we cannot connect to the app, our wifi or any advanced features. The instruction manual is pretty sparse. I asked my wife if she knew how to use any of these features and she doesn't. Maybe we didn't get the instruction manual? We only have a quick start guide.Again, something the install team should have picked up. For the cost of this product and the installation charge, I would have expected these things to be taken care of the first time. At least 15 months for delivery. Purchased over $20,000 of new appliances for our new home. It was supposed to be ready in 10-12 months. It was extended to 14 months. At 14 months, Hahn reported that they could not deliver all of what we ordered. It will be at least 15 months. Do not buy top-of-the-line at Hahn, because they cannot deliver in a reasonable timeframe. If they do not have it in stock, walk away. read more

I love the frig I found and received. Delivery was great. But they never - and still have never - delivered the missing shelf from my freezer. At first they said "that's all it is supposed to have" but I went tot the showroom and there is another in the freezer on the floor". I basically have 2 shelf's in the freezer of the side by side. I could fit a 2 gallon bottle of Pepsi or a talk bottle of wine but... NONE OF THOSE GO IN A FREEZER! ‍ my freezer is basically useless and Hahn still has done nothing :( sad... The first problem was that we saw a deal on an above-the-range model microwave advertised for $298 on Hahn website, but when we called and spoke to salesperson (Mason), he said that that they didn't carry that model anymore and that it was replaced by another, almost $100 more expensive model. It felt like a bait-and-switch. If it wasn't, Hahn needs to do a much better job at keeping their website's info current. When I called back a little later to ask a couple follow-up questions, another salesperson (John) said the first salesperson was with another customer and that he'd take a message for him to call me back. That was over 24 hours ago and I never heard back from anyone and decided to look elsewhere. I purchased a similar microwave for a cheaper price at another store Also, I wanted to buy from a store that wanted to sell me a microwave enough to call me back within 24 hours. read more
