He said the part was on order, and that he would call me the next day with a delivery estimate. No call the next day. I called him five days later, asking for the delivery estimate. He said the part hadn't yet shipped, so a tracking number wasn't available, but he'd call me the following Monday with an update. No call the following Monday. I gave up on repair and replaced the set instead. It's been over a month since the initial service call/repair order, and I've yet to hear from him. I doubt I actually will.
