I found Andi Bravo Photography online and I couldn't believe how reasonable her price was for everything she offered! I was a little skeptical at first but after going through her photos I decided to give her a shot. Andi was always quick to respond to every email & text, which was so important to me while I was planning my wedding, stressed out planning a wedding 2 hours away and waiting around for a bunch of different vendors to respond to me. I never waited more than an hour to hear back from her and even when I would send her multiple emails in a row that probably made no sense, she was nothing but friendly & helpful! She created a folder for us on her Pinterest and helped me pin the photos that we liked and wanted to try. I have to admit, I am a novice an it took her some work to get me up to speed... We wanted to do our photos at my fiance's ranch, because of the beauty and the old barns on the property. His house is an hours drive from Tulsa. Andi called me to confirm and then I asked her to text me when she headed our way. When she did, I was still in Tulsa having my makeup done, and was running late and a little stressed. She assured me it was no problem and drove out and scouted for places that she thought would be beautiful. When we arrived, she was there with her equipment and brought props for us to use. To say Andi is warm in an understatement. I instantly liked her and it was hard not to get caught up in her excitement. She was thrilled that the day had turned out to be so beautiful and we spent the afternoon driving from location to location to capture the look that we wanted. It was comfortable and relaxing and Andi made both of us feel at ease. After we finished, we returned to the house, and Andi asked me a number of questions that I hadn't even considered. She asked about the other vendors and helped me pick a DJ. After her recommendation, I had no doubt and he turned out to be every bit as professional as Andi is. In a few minutes she had a schedule for our big day and indicated that she would speak to our other vendors to make sure they were on the same page. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she loves what she does. Although we don't get married for another two months, I can say that she has gone above and beyond my expectations and I don't think anyone could do a better job! Photography is not something that I wanted to cut corners on and I have no question that our photos are going to be nothing short of amazing. I would recommend Andi Bravo Photography to anyone and everyone needing any kind of photos, especially for a wedding! She is a class act.

We had The Prokop agency take all new pictures as well as make a video. All the pictures and editing turned out amazing!! The updated pictures equated to more views on our listing sites which provided more bookings for our Lakehouse. Contacting and communicating with Justin was easy, and the turn around time was fast which is what we were looking for. Justin has an eye for detail and made sure the house was set up correctly along with taking pictures during sunrise and sunset to get the most dramatic Lake pictures. I had a very disappointing experience at Grant's Frames. I brought in a one-of-a-kind acrylic…read morepainting and was prepared to spend about $800 on framing. Because I chose a floater frame and the white canvas edges would be visible, Grant suggested covering the edges with black tape for $25. Because the painting is valuable and irreplaceable, I specifically asked to see the result before committing to the framing. Grant seemed irritated by the request, but agreed. He applied the tape immediately, with my assistance, and the process took only a couple of minutes. Three sides looked fine, but one of the longer sides still had a clearly visible section of white canvas. When I pointed this out and asked if it could be corrected, Grant said it could definitely be fixed--but that he would charge me an additional $100 to do so. I found this particularly troubling. I had been quoted $25 for the tape application in the first place, and there had been no indication that correcting an incomplete application would result in an additional charge. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable entrusting him with an irreplaceable piece of art or proceeding with an $800 framing job. I took the painting to another local framer, who told me that taping the canvas edges was not an appropriate long-term approach because the tape could curl or peel over time. He recommended painting the edges instead. Grant did offer to refund the original $25, which I appreciated, but I declined. In retrospect, I'm glad the issue arose before I committed the painting to the full framing job. What began as a simple $25 finishing step left me questioning both the workmanship and the pricing, and I ultimately took my business elsewhere.

Even though it was a very long appointment for fitting, sizing and such for us both, Doreen never made us feel like we were taking up her time. I'm just sorry I took so very long to write this review as we have been busy with so much in our lives. I called the store about a week and a half later, I was concerned because the first time she originally sent them off, they came back within a week. So I called Jilda and she wasn't in that day. Sarah was so she took a message and said that she'd have Jilda to call me back since she was the one that originally took the order and sent them off that day. She put them in a plastic bag and I never saw them after that. They were a pair of coach leopard print frames, ,but it was a purple color. So anyway, I gave Jilda a call because I hadn't heard back from her and it had been 3 days she actually answered the phone that day, and she said that she didn't have my glasses and basically I'm like what do you mean you don't have my glasses she says I don't have your glasses here so I'm like really concerned what happened to the glasses? did they never make it back from the Lab. Did they go home with somebody else. Did they get thrown away. I don't know what happened to them, but I don't have them. Because I never made it back home with them. So they have to be at the shop somewhere. She put them in a bag that day in front of me and I never saw them again. and it's because they were sent back to get the lenses and I don't think they ever made it back to reading glasses to go. but the frames were $250 and those were irreplaceable because they were given to me by my mother before she passed.. it's been three weeks now so it doesn't look like they're gonna give me a refund or offer another solution because they haven't called me and it's been 3 weeks so I think I'll be contacting an attorney. I hate to do this to a small business but after you try all options to try to work things out and they don't call you back. It's not very much you can do. Especially when you're out so much money.
