Zellner charged me…read moreover $200 and gave me glasses back that had fishing wire poking out towards my eye and the glass was cut wrong-not lining up with the frame-there's noticeable gaps and the lense was not buffed so there is a white ring around the glass! To fix them they want to keep 1/2 the money I paid and Change the lense to No RX!! I asked for them to be returned in same condition I gave them initially and full refund! They said No. What a SCAM

Absolutely horrid the receptionist and the some of the doctors were very racist and rude, I know…read morethat they could have been having a bad day but after we were done and sat down and a white family (Im Asian) came, she changed her whole entire attitude all helpful and kind not rude and racist like when I was helped. They said they accepted my insurance but when it went threw we still had to pay 200 more dollars and they also said I could pick them up in 5 business days but it took 2 weeks for them to inform us that the glasses were ready and they blamed me for picking them up late. And don't even tell me about the eye testing I was checked in then a white family came in (by family I mean 2 people a husband and a wife) and I was just waiting there for 1 hour , and 2 more white families came in and they got helped before me. Before the people who like the place judge me its what happened to me and I just addressed the racism towards none white customers. If you need an eye exam just go to another doctor.

But I eventually realized that I may not have been getting the best care. I had nothing else to compare it to. So when it came time for my annual exam visit, I decided to look for somewhere that would give me higher quality care. I did some research online for in-network providers and found Vision Source. When I read the reviews, I learned that Vision Source uses technology to help diagnose their client's needs. I also learned that the staff take their time to make sure your needs are being met. These were things I were looking for. I stare at a screen about 16 hours a day so I want to make sure that I am getting the best care for my eyesight. So I booked an appointment. After a short wait in the waiting room, I was taken back and had a completely different experience than I have ever had. I didn't feel rushed. I actually connected with each person. I felt like my care was a top priority. I didn't feel like a number being rushed through a cattle call. I learned new things about the condition of my eyesight and getting the glasses I needed was a breeze. While I was choosing my frames I got tired and started to sweat quite a bit. I asked if they had any water. My consultant went and got me ice water, turned down the AC and made sure I was comfortable while I made a decision on how I would invest in my next pair of glasses. My wife and daughter also wear glasses and I know that I will be bringing them here for their next exam and glasses.

The office managed to squeeze me in, even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. I saw Dr. Simpson, who diagnosed the problem; prescribed eye drops, explained exactly what they were for, and showed me how to administer them (I can't stand having things near my eyes); and told me to call her (on her days off) if the pain worsened. I could not have been happier with the care that I received. My eye continually improved, and it was back to normal within the time frame Dr. Simpson had given me. My experiences at Vision Source have been fantastic.
