They are truly a fashion statement. From the saleswomen on the floor, to the quality driven technician and the incredible friendly staff all-around, you're guaranteed to leave there smiling. After…read moreasking him before he started the exam to make sure it was for contacts he straight up told me that eye exams for glasses and contacts were the same thing (should've been the first red flag that he wasn't gonna do what I asked and that he was scamming me, but I was tired and naive so I trusted his word) and ended up giving me a prescription for glasses. I was told over the phone twice that the price would be around $80, but instead was charged $95. Another thing I noticed was the wait time. I came an hour early to my appointment since I was driving straight from Norman to South Tulsa Optical and had everything filled and done, but I still ended up waiting 20 min past my appointment time when another lady, who came in the same time as me and was filling out papers too, was taken in by the doctor in less than 5 minutes just after turning in all her papers. Honestly the whole experience while in the office was not at all bad, but just the aftermath is what did it for me and straight up was a scam.

She took them apart then brought me two ear pieces from other regular glasses and said she could replace my Gucci ones with those. She said they cannot be fixed. That's not what she said first. Then she handed my glasses to me in pieces. I can't even wear them at all now. So don't buy Gucci frames and don't go to empire optical for repairs.
